Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Chanhassen

The owner of this place needs to heed the advice of the many bad reviews of this location. For the punk "owner(s)": Ever heard of quality control and pride in your product? I didn't think so. Tonight, I was at a nearby Chanhassen laundromat, because my washer broke at my house in nearby Eden Prairie. This Domino's is at a strip mall by the laundromat. As I watched the dryer at the laundromat, daydreaming, I thought to myself, "What the heck, it's Friday, let's treat the kids to some pizza. To qualify this, I've had nothing but good experiences where I live at the Domino's in Eden Prairie. Even though I waited and picked up the pizza, I still left a 15% tip. I then drove home to Eden Prairie, excited for some good za. When I opened the box, the shockingly, very sparsely-garnished Philly Cheesteak pizza also looked like it got stuck in a vehicle fire. Not like a fire that was later put out by the fire department, but like one that charred the entire vehicle. The pepperoni pizza wasn't much better, but my kids choked down a couple pieces, along with the garlic bread balls, which were surprisingly not effed up. So, needless to say, I drove 15 minutes back to Chan Chan Wonderland's Domino's to get a full refund. There are so many people working in there, you would think that one of them could figure out how to not eff a pizza up, you know--like their only G/D responsibility. I brought the sad pizzas in, and told them that they should use the pizza as a sample in their next training meeting, of "how not to make a pizza." I will say, this location has a really cool Domino's pinball machine and some good seating, but I wouldn't use the seating to sit down and...

I have never been so upset with a pizza place in my life. We have been to this chanhassen location many times since we Live 2 minutes away and it has always been good but tonight It will definitely be our last time. We placed an order for about 60$ worth of food for our family and waited over an hour and when we tried to call the store to check on our order the guy rob would just answer and say hold. We called 2 separate times and got put on hold for 10 minutes each time. That is so disrespectful!!! So after the unsuccessful phone calls my husband had to get dressed and drive to the location which again no big deal since it’s close. Get this they didn’t even have our order placed in the system yet!! Are you serious and my husband said he was the only one there. So then my husband had to again wait another 25 mins for them to actually make our order. The only thing they offered us was a 3$ discount for switching our order from delivery to carry out. In my opinion our order should of been free since if we didn’t go up there who knows when we would of got our order. Not...

They close at 12AM. Midnight is the closing time. They may claim they are open later and they are lying. They will literally gaslight you over the phone and force you to demand a refund with your bank or credit card company. DO NOT PAY WITH CASH because as far as I can tell, they will steal any change from you they can.

Service here was always pretty terrible, but recently I have realized that this is genuinely a franchise run by scammers. They have zero interest in making a good product. They care only about your money. They gaslit my purchase twice now and refused partial refunds when they did not provide the whole product three separate times. I have given this location far too many attempts at redemption. Every single person that works at this location is completely incompetent and should probably not be let anywhere near another...
