Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Channelview

For the second time in a row the shop on Wallisville has not had what I ordered through the app. What they have not had is black tea. Today, Sunday 5/11/25 at 7 am, I ordered and was told again at the drive thru window they did not have tea. I asked for a refund and they told me they did not know how to. i asked if they could try because this is the second time. She was able to do it but needed my card. This was on me because i used online and i did not have my card, my husband did since i had to go to work and he had our daughter. So no refund that they at first couldnt do. I was told that they sold all the tea and it takes too long to make. I was also told that the crew from the day before didn't make it so that's why they didn't have any. i was told this the first time too. I was told this by a different person so I got 2 different answers. Then they handed me 2 orange juices with stickers on top that did not come off and said thank you. They didn't give me my food. When I told them this a third person handed me a bag and asked, is that a cinnamon...

Had the privilege of being one of this locations first customers on their Grand Opening Day. I have been waiting for YEARS for us to get a location on this side of town, and let me tell you, they didn't disappoint (they never do). Even though you could tell some of the employees were new and a little nervous, they were all very friendly and ready to help. Only downside is that the side of the freeway they are on means easier access for my commute to school, good for me, bad for my wallet! Otherwise, no faults found. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a great experience visiting this location. I had wanted to try their bagels ever since they opened so finally got a chance to go. I went with 15 minutes of their closing time and they fulfilled all I ordered. Most places would’ve not done that since they would have just wanted to closed. The manager Blanca was extremely nice and also the whole staff! Tried different bagels and loved their maple house bagel! The coffees were also really good!
