First off the owner said she has never had a bad review on the Miso ramen in 6 years… lol but if you check their lowest reviews there’s some about the miso ramen or their miso which is the base for the ramen. Mine came out cold & very watered down. No flavor at all. It was nasty. I told the waitress who had a nasty attitude to beginning with & she gave me a bill with the ramen on it. I told her I am not paying for the noodles because no one made me aware if I didn’t like if I couldn’t exchange the food out or anything, which should be advised. The waiter & the boss was at my table laughing at me saying how I’m the only one who thinks is nasty but in reality more than enough people have said something about it. We argued back & forth & I was saying how she never asked if I wanted it remade or if I wanted something else she just blamed it on me. Then she says it’s ok we won’t charge you for the noodles but says where’s your card without a different check… you’re suppose to take it off the check first. I told her she walked away talking bad about me. I went up to the counter with my card stating this could’ve been handled very differently if they were professional. The cook came out yelling at me too which is hilarious because this is very normal in an small owned Asian restaurant. EVERYONE starts getting very upset & offended. I’m Asian myself & I’ve worked in the restaurant industry. While I was talking this lady tried to snatch my card out my hand. No new bill & tries to snatch my card? Look at the reviews of people stating they write in larger tips. I believe it how these people were acting.i walked out because i offered to pay for the items i ate then you try to snatch the card out my hand. They didn’t want to give me a new check even though they said it’s ok I don’t need to pay for the noodles. Seems like they were gonna charge me anyway. I feel sick writing this because their food is nasty. It’s funny because when I was talking in there I said a cuss word & she said I can’t say those words but said F you to me when I walked out. Should’ve just reprinted the check like you said you would. Miso ramen is a no go for anyone about to eat here. These people who work here are very prejudice. Their attitudes are terrible. Their food isnt good for people to keep eating here with the nasty...

I been here 3-4 times the first time was when the power was out and everywhere was close but here, I order a few sushi rolls and they were delicious the two other times I dine in and everything went smooth/normal no complains, but the last time I went I order to go and I went it my other wasn't ready yet (which I did Not mind I was like oh okay that's fine) so I sit and waited when my order was finally ready the young woman at the cashier (idk her name) didn't even said “your order is ready” she just made “ehhu” noise not a single word but I was the only one waiting on food so I know it was direct towards me then when I got up to get the food she as just rudely threw the sticks and everything in the bag then she didn't even hand me the other in my hand just semi slide the bag over once she was done, not a have a good day nothing or here you go at least, I left got in my car open my order and the little soy sauce container wasn't even half way filled so I go back inside and I say “excuse can I have some more soy sauce because there's barely any in this “ and she look at me like I'm crazy and says “that's not soy sauce” with a rude tone making a disgusted face (I thought it was soy sauce this whole time I thought that's what use to dip gyoza in but Ig I was wrong) then she said that there was soy sauce bag in the bag and that she could not give me any more of what was in the little container, her whole demeanor was not in since I walked in the restaurant, disappointed in this experience bc I do like...

I ordered a chicken teriyaki bento and my friend ordered a shrimp tempura bento. The chicken by itself had the taste and consistency of cardboard. The only saving grace was the teriyaki sauce that was too watered down. The salad wasn’t too bad but the dressing it came with is certainly not appetizing as it look like someone vomited through a strainer and onto your salad. The sushi that was included with the bento had a strange odor that did not go away no matter how much wasabi and soy sauce I used. A typical shrimp tempura uses panko flakes, that when fried gives the shrimp a light and fluffy crunch. The batter they use is something you would find in popcorn shrimp in some non Japanese restaurant (coarse and tough to chew). When my friend politely asked them that this is not what was expected when we ordered it and asked for a substitute. The restaurant manager came out and tried to downplay the lack of quality in their foods and stated “This is how it’s normally done”. Although we only tried two menu items what are the odds that we landed two for two duds and how many more misses are hiding in their menu. Just some food for thought before you choose to get...

Food was pretty good I ordered the bento box it came in a huge packet! Then with a pretty slice of orange in the center I did not eat but did look nice on my plate. The soup and salad are trash I feel like that’s just to make you feel like you got your money’s worth. But every item in its corner was delicious. I peor so ally don’t like wasabi so I couldn’t give my opinion on that. Although I have heard that restaurants do like to go cheap and substitute some type of horse radish off as wasabi... idk but yeah price was pricey but I assume they just weren’t getting enough business because of the pandemic so they must have had to up prices. The staff was pretty straight forward I think my food came out in 15 or 20 minutes. Sold definitely stop by again if on that side of town.

Delicious spot down the road from our hotel. Visited at 9pm on a Friday. Walked in after what was clearly a packed house based on the empty plates scattered on tables and the four tables still bustling with people. Only one server and three folks cooking. The food was extremely fresh and the wait was about 20 minutes from ordering to eating. I got the gyoza soup which was very flavorful and the agedashi tofu which was lightly fried with a delicious batter and dashi but I wish it had more dashi because it was so good. My son had the steamed gyoza and he loved them. For entrees, my son had the kid's shrimp hibachi which was a good amount of food, I had the Galveston roll. All portions were perfectly sized. This was an excellent experience.
