Our group of five visited the restaurant with high expectations for quality food and personalized service, but unfortunately, our experience turned out to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival at 8:30 pm, despite the restaurant being relatively empty with only around 15 customers, we were left waiting at the door for 15 minutes before being seated. The table initially assigned to us was uncomfortably close to the door, allowing strong winds to disturb our dining experience. After requesting a change, the first server insisted that another table was reserved for six people, but thankfully, another server accommodated our request.
We ordered two servings of fried chicken mandi, one chicken boneless dumplings biriyani (all spicy), and five sodas. However, our experience with the sodas was off-putting as they tasted unpleasant and had a bleach-like odor. They were later replaced with soda cans. The chicken fried mandi arrived cold, and although the taste was passable, it didn't meet our expectations. Similarly, the chicken boneless dum biriyani was served with burnt rice and lacked sufficient chicken pieces, also arriving cold. When we brought the issue of the burnt rice to the server's attention, the response was dismissive.
In hopes of salvaging our meal, we decided to order the baby goat dum biriyani, but unfortunately, the meat was undercooked and had a stale taste, indicating it was not fresh. We raised our concerns with the manager, In response to our concerns, the manager simply stated, "Thank you for your feedback; we will improve next time." This response lacked the sincerity we hoped for, as we didn't seek compensation but rather a genuine apology. It seems that offering a simple "sorry" may be a dish they've run out of in their restaurant.
Despite our unsatisfactory experience, we paid a total of $80 for the meal. It's disheartening to see that the restaurant's online ratings do not reflect the reality of our experience. We hope our review serves as a genuine reflection of our visit, highlighting areas for improvement in both service and...

Read moreTerrible and rude customer service from the person in the bar section wearing spectacles.
I ordered mutton mandi and chicken mandi as separate orders on Friday night, and it took nearly an hour and a half to receive the food. When I checked the mutton mandi, it had chicken pieces in it. I complained to the restaurant, and they offered me a replacement whenever I wanted.
On Sunday, I placed the order for the replacement. When I arrived at the restaurant and inquired about my order, no one seemed to know anything about it. The lady at the desk even asked if I had called the correct restaurant and suggested I call again to check.
I explained the entire situation to an older man, usually seen in the bar section. He rudely told me, "Free orders take time, you need to wait," as if he was doing me a favor. He raised his voice, acting like I should be grateful for the replacement, and was shouting at me, all while telling me not to raise my voice. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and...
