I'm gonna be honest - I have not eaten at this particular taco bell establishment. This review is pertaining solely to the quality of their restrooms.
I was driving down the highway the other day when all of the sudden, I was made aware by my bowels that a great purge was imminent. I took the first exit I saw while desperately looking for a gas station, walmart, anything at all that would provide access to the porcelain throne I so greatly craved.
Salvation came to me first by way of a Burger King sign. I pulled in hastily and clench-waddled my way to their restrooms, only to find that they were closed to the public. In desperation, I turned back, eyeing this very taco bell across the parking lot. I hurried over, found their restrooms to be blessedly unlocked, clean, and quickly accesible. It was there I found relief - not once, but twice (I had to go back 60 seconds after walking out for an encore).
The moral of the story is this: this taco bell had impeccably clean restrooms, with fully stocked soap dispensers and plentiful toilet paper. The employees offered me no judgements either, though perhaps this is due to my aggressively intentional lack of eye contact. Either way, 10/10,...

I attempted to redeem a valid free taco coupon at this store, but the manager on duty Sudhir Yadav refused to honor it without justification. More concerning, the manager was extremely rude—raising their voice at me in front of customers and staff, which was unprofessional and unacceptable. As a fellow Taco Bell manager, I understand the importance of upholding company standards, including respectful customer interactions.
This behavior reflects poorly on the brand and creates a negative experience for everyone present. I kindly request: Clarification on why the coupon was denied Assurance that this matter will be addressed with the manager in question. Follow-up on any steps taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

While I have been a loyal customer of yours for some time, the portion size I received was significantly smaller than what I would expect, particularly considering the size of the container it was served in.
