20251031 Their spicy chicken sandwich is delicious! A little spicy, meat in every bite. No questioning, where's the meat. 😋 I really like the new hispanic staff. They are always polite and helpful... amd fast! I ordered online at Franklin Farm, and by the time I walked in, it was just ready for pick up. Food is always hot! The mango sweet tea is so good! 20250913 Wow! The pieces are normal size! Back to pre-covid time! Delicious! The employees are polite and nice. 20250627 OH man! I ordered 4 piece dark meat with 2 thighs and 2 legs, and got 1 thigh, 2 legs, and I breast identified as a thigh. 😩 20250610 Wow! First time in the restaurant. It is spacious! Bright! And CLEAN! The employee was so polite! I noticed the staff seemed to be Hispanics, and very polite and twice now, got my order exactly as I asked for. Thank you!! 20250605 stopped by to get my extremely finicky pup some fried chicken. Unlike Bojangles a few nights ago, Popeyes employees actually listened and got my order right... 8 pieces of DARK MEAT. The chicken was freshly fried and it was around 8 pm. The employees tonight were very nice. My pup who turned down brisket, beef short ribs, organic chicken... loved the fried chicken. So glad she ate so that I can give her insulin. 🥰 Updated 1/10: Bojangles is a lot better. I finally went to Bojangles in Wilmington NC. Oh my, we need Bojangles in my area!! Anyway, I ordered 12 piece meal all dark meat with mashed potatoes with gravy and Mac and cheese at this Popeye. The Mac and cheese was runny and tasted funny. It doesn't taste natural. The service is consistently great and the chicken is delicious.

Service was great. I went thru the drive thru twice this week. I haven't been to Popeyes in many years. The young lady who took my order was very patient, while I read the menu. I ordered the popcorn shrimp, fried fish and 4 piece dark meat during my first visit. I didn't like the seafood. The popcorn shrimp has too much batter and the fish was just ok. Definitely get only the fried chicken!! The dark meat pieces were yummy and soooo crispy!! I got the medium and it has no spicy to it. When I went back the 2nd time, I ordered the manager's special! What a great deal, and it was mixed with spicy dark and white meat. I was only able to eat a few pieces, and I was amazed by how crispy the chicken was. The spicy flavor wasn't all over the chicken. The spicy kicks in every now and then, which makes it tolerable for those who just want a little spicy taste without burning the tongue. When the chicken got cold, I used my air fryer to heat it up. Wow! It was amazing! The chicken, that is. It was so crispy, and the best part is that the oil, grease from the chicken was drained. Even healthier! I will definitely get the fried chicken from Popeyes again. This way I won't need to perfect any fried chicken recipes... Just let Popeyes do the hard part. 😋 My dog loves Popeyes chicken. I come by just to get her...

Friday 10/7/2022 @ 8:30 pm After a very long and challenging day I stopped by the drive thru which had no line at all and was told rudely by a female voice to wait. I patiently waited for about 5-10 minutes then I heard a female voice talking to another female colleague in Spanish and I initially thought she was addressing me so I said "Hello, excuse me" to which she rudely once again said Wait! Tired of the unnecessary rudeness I parked my car and went inside to order the food to go! There were 3 employees working the front. Two ladies (one blond and one dark haired lady who was at the drive thru) and one young man. Both ladies had a nasty disposition and were giving me horrible looks which I did not care for much! Bless the young man who was very helpful and was polite serving me graciously and in a timely manner which I was grateful for. The blonde lady come to his cash register and since I did not give him the cash payment yet as he was preparing the food I offered her the cash bill to pay for my order but she flat out ignored me and my extended hand with the money in it! Lord knows I wanted to ream her out and call her out on her blatant rudeness. I believe she is a supervisor or manager by her haughty and snobbish attitude. None of that mattered since she's clearly ignorant and uneducated in all other ways! Can't even follow the simple rule of treating your customers with courtesy and professionalism. Both ladies desperately need customer training and if they can't handle customers then they have no business being there!!!! Thanks to that young man who saved the day there's hope yet for...

Update:

Decided to give this place another chance and unfortunately kinda regret it. Went around noon on a Sunday, so about 1.5 hours after they opened and there is still appears they have a management issue. The back of house that could be seeing from the counter was a mess and did look like a restaurant should for only being open 1.5 hours and the dinning area didn’t look like it was wiped down at closing or before opening. The staff member that helped me was nice and full fill my order but would say was either new or under trained. They also went to wipe down the dining area as I was leaving. In closing if you want to eat here maybe try during the week (when the better manager seems to work) and not on the weekends (when he is off). Otherwise I would try a different option.

I used to come to this location pretty often, but unfortunately I don’t think I will ever be going back. The new employees that have been hired are just bad and there doesn’t appear that the level of management is there anymore. You have an employee scratching their ass and adjusting themselves in public view, and then grab napkins from where they are given to customers it’s just really bad. I have noticed that the service has gone down little by little overtime and this just kind of was icing on the cake for me to find another Popeyes to go to.
