The worst Dunkin donut locations in the nation. I’m talking about all 3 locations that they have at Dulles international. All 3 are pretty bad. I’m at Dulles international every week so I have tried them quite a few times. Each time was a disaster. Beginning with the fact that their donuts are NEVER fresh (they look and taste like they are a week old) ending up with rude and unfriendly employees who barely speak English. They will also charge you for hot water…also you’ll pay extra for a different size of tea (so you end up paying for hot water after all since it only comes with 1 tea bag). Read moreCustomer service was terrible at this location. One employee was kind enough to at least let us purchase water after standing in line for 25 minutes. The other employee told us that they were closed when it was 10:55 p.m. Our flight had been delayed by 3 hours and everything else was closing in the airport. We stood in line for at least 25 minutes hoping to get coffee, however, we were told we could not purchase it. After multiple people make comments to her, she walked out of the coffee area completely and left the other employee by herself. She pointed at each donut saying "this one" and we kept having to point to donut. She didnt know what a dunkachino was I had to point to machine and the right button and tell her how to make it and I never worked at one before. I'm not sure if it's all her fault.
