Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Virginia

This is the worst Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to. The India or Pakistani guy behind the counter was speaking like he had food in his mouth. I had to ask him to repeat his self several times. No one was smiling or acted as they were happy to be there serving customers. When the food came out they started giving out food to people that were several spots behind me and couldn’t even pronounce customers names and to boot they didn’t have spicy chicken biscuits and they only served Pepsi products and to think this is a southern company. The CEO Mr. Kathy and his family would definitely be disappointed of this store because as a someone that lived in Georgia for 20 years and have been to several othee Chick-fil-as the the south and have personally meet Mr. Kathy I’m totally disappointed in the service and the lack of products being advertised....

I’ve never had a bad experience at chick fil a, but there is always a first time for everything.

The staff here was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Two of the gentlemen working were more concerned with greeting their buddy that had just shown up for his shift that there was a full on handshake and hug with one member that was gloved and following safe food handling and the one that just showed up. The gloved team member went right back to touching all the food (including the uncovered fries).

A customer pointed out that she had received an incorrect item in her order (the teams fault). Instead of rectifying the situation- the team elected to blame her and gaslight her. To the point she ended up being charged to correct...

I went in the morning around 8AM. I did not have a long line to wait through (I can imagine during the day the line is longer in order to get food). It was my first time having Chick-fil-A for breakfast and I enjoyed it. I guess my biscuit was slightly dry, but it still tasted fine. Good friendly service. I was able to get my food immediately. I went to the one in the A-B terminal area (more in the B section technically). If I was passing through I would go again depending on the line.
