AVOID THIS LOCATION! I just want my money back. I got an email from a co worker that there is a free milkshake promotion this weekend with any order. We both went together for lunch and the staffs were not aware of the promotion. 10 minutes later, manager came out to speak with us that they can allow only 1 milkshake because we came together. We said we are paying separate..i gave my co worker his shake. I dowloaded the app before hand and was awarded a free cookie any way, so i wanted to redeem that, the register person said it wont let him do it but i can still get perk points. ok fine. sat down, eating sandwich, clicked on app to see what other perks....it said no purchase history...so i went back and ask register if i can have the receipt to call for it to be added. He said registry closed he cannot print receipts!! WTH!!!!????????? I was so furious. Then I had the most terrible mushroom melt of my life. This used to be my favorite most highly recommended sandwich shop ever and i would tell all my friends about it. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and most skimpy sandwich of a lifetime. 2 pieces of mushrooms on one side of my sandwich, and none on the other side. Plus these are canned mushrooms???? i asked for extra lettuce and onions and pickles...i got one piece of pickle and skimpy frizzles of lettuce...nope no onions. Do they want to work there???? Milkshake was also melted and runny - we ate there!!! WTH!!???? i really dont know whats going on with Potbelly nowadays or if its just this location? this was my first time to THIS location, so my advice? AVOID...

So we decided to make a lunch for the whole work team and contacted POTBELLY, to be our supplier. But? What happened? They argued with me wasting my time and even threatened to âcall on meâ when I declined to help them with a customer card issue - that is THEIR JOB not the drivers job. This created a hostile and uncomfortable pickup experience.
