Amazing! Fit us in fairly quick for a party of 8 at 7:30pm. We only waiting about 20/25 min (which is what they quoted us). We waited outside since the area inside was a little crowded. They have a QR code to scan for the menu while you wait. My wife and I had lived in Korea for 2 years and she said it was the best Korean food she had in the states...maybe even Korea ... She said it was the best galbi patties she's ever tasted....and we had had them in Damyang. She also had the bulging bimibop in a stone pot (hot temp not spicy). I ordered the kimchi jjigae. Loved it. We also tried a lot of the appetizers with our group which some ordered for their meals and we're big enough! We took people/kids who are normally not food adventurous but they found items they were willing to try and finished it all! Some of the pictures I posted have missing food because we were so eager to eat! The galbi actually comes with 4 patties ;) Service was great, very polite and accommodating! Very friendly and attentive. Thank you so much for the great experience. We can't wait to come back! (worth the hour drive for us!)

This Korean restaurant is a must-have for anyone visiting Sully Plaza in Chantilly. Conveniently situated next to other great eateries and the delightful Korean dessert spot, Cafe Moment, it offers an ideal solution for satisfying your Korean food cravings without the need to drive to Centreville. The food here is not only delicious but also incredibly reasonably priced. The ambiance, enhanced by traditional murals depicting Korean daily life, creates a truly unique dining experience. Among my standout dishes, the Cold Noodles (Naengmyeon) deserve special mention. Made from a blend of buckwheat and potato or sweet potato starch, these noodles are served in a refreshingly icy broth—perfect for revitalizing your palate on hot summer days. Another highlight is the Suyuk, which translates to “water meat” in Korean. Typically made with pork, the meat is expertly boiled and served alongside spicy radish kimchi, fresh vegetables (usually lettuce), and ssamjang, a savory dipping sauce. The Suyuk here is nothing short of exceptional; the meat is so tender it melts in your mouth. This place is a must-try!

Ordered the Taste of Korea Wrap Special and added the upgrade for LA Galbi and Spicy Codfish Soup. Didn't wait too long to be seated for a party of 2 on Valentine's Day Evening without reservations on a Friday. We even scored a corner table for 4 which was really quite appreciated due to the amount of food taking up a lot of space on the table. The banchan we received to start off was quite tasty. Adorned with traditional Korean utensils and metal bowls, plates, etc. really reminded me of Korea. Once the food started arriving one by one, it was really clear the attention paid to each dish. The wrap special was quite delicious and a great way to sneak in the veggies along with all the delicious meats. The spicy codfish soup provided some nice textual contrast and quite spicy as well. Service was quick and efficient. Pricing was definitely on the higher side with all the food we ordered but it was all delicious.

This quaint restaurant in Sully Plaza is the grown number of Korean restaurants that have opened in Chantilly/Centreville area. That is good for people out here so that we don’t have to trek to Annandale just to get a good Korean meal. Taste of Korea is a pleasant place with decent service. Our tea was always topped off most of the time and the space is comfortable. Not so loud and not blaring of K-pop music until your ears bleed like others. They cover most of the bases for Korean Cuisine. You just don’t the grilling of the meat table side but there are plenty of other places if you wanted that option. We ordered the Kalbi was tender, well marinated and not as sweet as others. (I don’t usually like the sweet marinade like in Bulgogi) The army stew was hearty (full of meat and ramen) and plenty to feed 4 people. The Al Tang (one of my favorite dishes) came out bubbling hot and full of fish roe. So many restaurants don’t make this dish, so I was happy the Taste of Korea did (which is why we came here). Prices seems on par with others and portions are of reasonable size. I think the weak point is the banchan and you don’t get the steam egg as part of it (you have to order it on the menu). Overall, Taste of Korea has a decent selection of Korea fare to satisfy your craving without driving to Annandale (and avoiding traffic & saving gas). I will come here just for...
