Last night I placed an order in the Dunkin app that allowed me to schedule to pick up my order this morning at 615. I was ordering donuts for my staff today for Valentine's Day and excited to come pick them up. However, when I arrived there was no order ready for me and I was informed that if I did it through the app yesterday, then there would be no order. There was no apology. There was no offer to refund my money at first and then I was told if I showed proof that I was charged I would get a refund right there. When I showed the charge on my credit card app the manager said "I never said that." There was only the repeated statements that if I ordered through the app I would not get my order. Apparently this is a known problem with the app, that happens "all the time" and yet this manager named Sylvia also indicated that she had not reported it to corporate. I would like to take this opportunity to report this to you as I will never frequent this establishment again.
I used to frequent this store often for large purchase for my team of 50 (including yesterday for my araleigh team). The service has never been stellar, but this takes the cake. At least i was able to pivot to a local business (Shout out to Brandwein's Bagels) where i spent twice as much, received top-notch cutomer service, and was in and out in under 5 minutes.

Read moreEasily the worst Dunkin store I’ve ever been to. I stop in once in a while for a coffee since it’s on my way to work but today was my last straw. Most of the time my coffee isn’t made right but I don’t fuss because I don’t have the time. When I order food, they’re always out of whatever it is I’m asking for and somehow out of any replacements I ask for. Today, I placed an online mobile order on my way to work in the hopes that I could just grab my stuff and go since the employees there move at a rate slower than a slug and have attitudes to match. The Dunkin app said that location was open and I knew it to be since I stop there a few times a month. So I placed my order and paid for it. It’s inside a gas station so I pull up and run in and the gas station attendant said that no one is at the Dunkin. There was a cart of donuts waiting to be put out and the lights were dim. No one, in fact, showed up to open leaving my PAID order unfulfilled. I couldn’t cancel my transaction through the app so I had to go out of my way to another store and get my order through them instead almost making me late for work as a result. I am DONE with this store. They can’t hire decent reliable workers nor can they keep anyone. Speaks volumes about...

The only good thing was the drinks I got but besides that the doughnuts are very very small with 0 frosting on them from the lack of effort trying to make them. I got egg and cheese wake up wraps and all were hard and over cooked. Just the doughnuts were disappointing and disgusting I couldn’t even finish it.
