Subway — Restaurant in Chapel Hill

Bad service. Worker talked back when asked why I was charged $6 for a toasted bread. First of all, she didn’t toast it. Second it smells bad. Didn’t feel comfortable feeding it to my infant. Also, their soda machine doesn’t work but other people had drinks from the soda machine. I asked why did they have it and she said unless I wanted a hot drink I could have soda from the soda machine. I ended up getting a bottled drink which they only had Coke Zero, and milk. I basically paid to get a drink and bread that u didn’t even want. SMH. Will not be back at all. Ordered 2 subs and a foot long dipper online. When I arrived the girl said they were out the dippers and decided not to make the rest of the food we had ordered because they were out of dippers?? So we had to sit there and wait for our subs that should have been ready as the online order said it was ready. She seemed lost and was very unpleasant. The store was empty so we are still unsure why she didn’t make our subs just because one item was out of stock we had ordered??? So don’t order online, she will assume you won’t show up for food you paid...

I’ve been a few times and gave them many chances. From burning my sub to it being wrong. the last two trips are it for me. I asked for the meal of the day and wanted two cookies and was told that I couldn’t gets them even thought they came with the meal on the menu. today? i was charged damn near 10 dollars for the meal f the day, 6inch , bc I got turkey.
