Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Chardon

My experience at this Pizza Hut location was so bad that I will never eat at any Pizza Hut ever again! I placed an order online and my boyfriend went to pick it up. When he got there they took payment immediately then a minute later told him they didnt know what happened to the order, but it wasnt there. My boyfriend said “well what do we do?” And all they could say is “I dont know!!!” He asked if it could be delivered when it was ready and they said they didnt have enough drivers and he would need to wait or come back. When he came home and told me I tried to call and get my money back because this was not the first bad experience at this location, but was definitely going to be the last! Of course my call went to a call center in a different country with a recorded response that my order was already picked up! When I was finally able to talk to someone, they transferred me to the store but it just rang and rang. I went back to the store to get a refund. They proceeded to tell me several times that my order was there and ready for me to take and they had no idea what my boyfriend was even talking about. I had to tell them five different times I didnt want the food and to give me my money back. All I got was attitude and excuses that they were busy with over 100 hundreds. I have been ordering pizza once or twice a week from this location and also bringing them alot of business through my friends and family. A handful of times the pizza was overcooked and taste horrible. But they usually correct the mistake and give me something free because i am a loyal customer. I ordered online today and made a simple request not to let my pizza get burnt. The shift superviser called me and saId there was nothing they could do because they had to make sure the pizza is cooked to standard. Im sorry,if burnt is the standard, I am NOT eating it.I make the same request EVERYTIME i order approx 5-8 times per month. Now all of a sudden, they tell me they must sell me burnt food....??? The man said his name was Matt. He was extremely rude and not professional at all.I was not rude in return. I chose Pizza Hut because it was open before the other pizza places. I ordered online choosing the earliest possible delivery time, 11 am. After ordering I realized I needed sauce for the boneless wings. I called Pizza Hut but there was no answer. I continue to call and there continued to be no answer until 11 am. At that time they told me they would add sauce to the order. I found this odd since my delivery time was 11 a.m. how were they able to still add it on to my order? I know Pizza Hut opens at 11 a.m. but other pizza places answer their phone an hour to 30 minutes before they open so they can have their first pizzas ready at opening time.
