Wow what a yummy $15 sandwich! Just kidding!! For $15 I could've went to McDonald's and got a better sandwich or should I say sandwiches. This is honestly the worst sandwich yet from mr. Hero. I have been very disappointed the last couple times I purchased from them and I guess it's my own fault I decided to try it one more time. WHAT A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!!!

The new place in Chardon is great and the food is always good. How could you go wrong with Mr Hero. My personal favorite is the Romanburger, with fries and cheese.

Hours on Google clearly state open at 9am. That's 100% inaccurate. Drive miles out of the way in a feeble attempt to order a sandwich only to realize this store OUTRIGHT REFUSES to update hours of operation. Needless to say you've lost a customer for life and I'll tell anyone who'll listen that your business practices are outright...

Typical tastiness. Couldnt go inside to order which was a little obnoxious but we ordered online instead. It was ready ahead of time which was cool but I had to wait in the drive-thru line with cars (I was on a motorcycle) who were placing orders.
