THIS is the sandwich shop that James Island had been lacking. They have a wide selection of sandwiches to choose from, and their in-house circular French bread is fresh and delicious. Crispy on the outside but soft and pillowy on the inside. I ordered the "Salvation" sandwich in medium which is their most popular offering. Stopped in and tried their signature sandwich today, the salvation. It’s ham, salami and mortadella with 3 cheeses on toasted bread. I did the medium which was a big portion for one person. I probably could have gone with the small and been fine. The bread, cheese and mustard kind of took away from the meats in my opinion.
