Overall 4 stars! They came to our apt and I ordered a few things...

Got the gnnochi without panceta, caprese panini, and toasted ravioli.

Overall thoughts:

I ordered online and the food was ready at time of pickup , which was great!

Gnnochi- gnnochi was pillowy and soft. However slightly too salty- and I never say that about any food! I added the cream sauce from the toasted raviolis and it countered the saltiness. Still would order again and overall tasty and cooked well. Just needs slight salt reduction. Would order again with toasted ravioli and sauce to counter saltiness. I just couldn't even imagine how salty it would be with the pancetta. Yikes!

Toasted ravioli. No complaints here, toasted perfect, filling creamy and seasoned well. Not too salty. Would order again.

Caprese panini- Bread was a bit thin for items inside. Parm ontop not necessary- overall "meh" ...don't think I'd order again. Was kind of mushy and crunchy.

Prices are high but so are most food trucks....

I finally got to try them after a long wait and always missing them with my work schedule. All i can say is wow! Food and service was amazing!!! Wait times for the quality of what i recieved was incredible. I ordered the gnocchi, penne alla vodka with chicken as well as one of their delicious paninis. Honestly coming from new york and living in south carolina for almost 4 years now, i have never found a real good Italian food here. Well i finally found it. For the people that havent tried it yet run dont walk to where their next setup will be. I will be back to them again and again. Not to mention i found out they do catering far beyond their menu, which i will be using for my next...

We used Chow Bella to cater my birthday party and it was the best decision! Working with Monica was extremely easy and she was very responsive and accommodating in regards to my food requests and even changing the delivery time on relatively short notice. The food was not only a great value but was absolutely delicious! All of our guests raved about it and we've been enjoying leftovers all week! The group favorites were the spicy sausage gnocchi and the Chicken alla vodka. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to cater Italian food and will be using Chow Bella again in...
