James Island Fire Grill hibachi sushi — Restaurant in Charleston

I’ve been a few times now and it’s pretty consistent. The food is hot and fresh every single time I’ve ordered it. I personally like it. It’s not the best I’ve ever had by any means but it is very consistent and reasonably priced. I’ve had the lo mein, which is a little runnier than normal, but full of veggies and meat. This is my favorite comfort food. It has quality, portions, variety and kindness backing it up. It is consistent. But what I respect most is this: While all the restaurants up and down Folly Road are raising their prices every 3 months and milking every drop, Fire Grill stays the same. I respect that.
