I am truly just saddened and heartbroken to have to be even writing this. Like I don’t even know where to start with this. My daughter and I love going to the movies. I am 40 years old and she is 13 years old. She is very well behaved and we enjoy the movies together. The past few times we have been to this theatre it’s been bad and it just keeps getting worse. I have spoken with the manager numerous times in the past about situations and things happening and it just goes in one ear and out the other. The manager of the theatre is just there for a payday and nothing more. It never gets any better, only worse. There are so many teenagers that just free roam into the different movies. They don’t even have tickets. They don’t check tickets at this location so these kids just go into any movie they please. The last time we were there kids got into a fight in the theatre and we had to go get the manager. When my daughter and I went into the movie today there was a young girl in my seat. I said “sweetheart I think you’re in the wrong seat” … this girl said nothing to me, she took about 5 minutes to get up and move. I actually got scared as she grabbed a hairbrush and I thought she was going to hit me with it. She then got all her stuff and left the theater. It is every time we go there. Kids that don’t have tickets just everywhere in this theatre. People will all the time say “your in my seat”. The kids just move to another seat or another movie. Also the rudeness of people talking, loud, yelling, fighting the movies. They have zero security anymore and zero ushers checking the theatres. It is so sad. It is also unsafe. We have given this place so many opportunities and it has came to a point I’m done. You truly need new management at this location. Also you need ushers and someone taking the tickets and checking them. Kids just go into any movie they please without tickets. They are rude, they fight, they make out. Families can no longer enjoy the movies. You need new management here and also things desperately need cleaned up at...

The new seats are the only good thing. The staff was very rude. Soon as I walked in to buy my ticket there was no one at the ticket stand and it's a little confusing considering there are three self kiosks in front of it but they only take a credit card so I didn't even know where to buy ticket. When I finally purchase my ticket and went upstairs into the theater about 10 minutes into the movie I decided to go out and purchase some popcorn but when I got down to the concession stand I was told they could not sell me anything. Also the screens are not new they are all the same the speakers on the sides of the theaters didn't work I could hear the movie beside of me more than I can hear the movie I was watching. And the lights stayed on throughout the whole scary movie that I watched. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody hopefully they get everything straightened out and they just don't have it together because they are still remodeling but you would think they would close during the remodel if their quality of service was that bad. 5 years ago this theater looked completely different then when I last lived here. I will be honest there were theaters at one point that my husband I loved way more than this one. We have been to Virginia and Texas and they beat it before this was refurbished and remodeled. Now, I have to say after it got revamped and modernized. It looks great!

It is nice that you don't have to wait in line and get your tickets at the front but purchase or print them at the Kiosk. Makes it easier to get in to your movie in case your running behind, then you have more time to get to your theater before it begins.

The theaters are definitely impressive. They did an amazing job on the quality of everything with the seats and making sure they are up to date. I personally think this theater is better than the one in Texas with the seats just because the better quality movie theater rooms will have heated seats. That is luxury!
