Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Charleston

I (17 female) was just in this store with my friend (17 Female) and we hadn’t even sat down yet when an older bald guy that i believe was a manager wearing a name tag that said “david” came up to me put his hand on my back and said “how many times are you going to eat today” and then when i was visibly uncomfortable i said it was my first time eating today and he walked away. he then came back up to me while we were talking and told me to cover my mouth when i’m talking while eating and when i didnt move my hand immediately he took my arm and moved it into the way he wanted to be and proceeded to tell my friend to smile that he didn’t care if she had food in her mouth all while he’s still holding my arm. we said nothing and then he walked away, we then decided we no longer wanted to be there and packed up our trash and walked away, as i was walking to the door i came across another male worker and asked him if david was always a creep and he excused it and assured me he was always like that. if he is always like that especially to teenage girls he does not need to be working there. this is a complete problem and was completely invading my personal space and making my friend and i both very uncomfortable. anyone with eyes could tell we were very uncomfortable but no workers said or did anything as we looked around for someone to make him stop. i am very unsatisfied with my visit and do expect him to be...

We dined in, ordered through the app. They brought our food to the table and left immediately without asking if we need anything. It was missing several items (1) one large fries (2) two spoons for soups (3)mayo packets we ordered (4) lettuce I was charged 25 cents for (5) napkins. They don't keep spoons, napkins or mayo packets where we can access them so if they don't give them to us we have to go ask for it unless by chance an employee approaches your table to ask if you need anything which happens a lot but not always when you need something before you can begin eating like a soup spoon. They are usually very helpful and stop by and ask several times and offer refills so they get 3 stars for that 🌟 🤩

Also, we ordered kids meals with ice cream cones but they gave us the "toy" book instead and when my kids went to get the cones they told them to give back the books which is fine because they didn't want them but one of my kids threw it away but I explained to them that we didn't order the toys so they gave us the cone anyway.

Chick-fil-A founded on Christian values. Correct???? Employees cannot say "you're welcome" they have to say "My Pleasure". They're closed on Sundays. No work for them on what is considers God's day. The Company prides that they do not promote racism. The word Black is not accepted in their system because the word is racist. Racism covers a broad range of things.....racism affects all People. No disrespect to people of color. It's 2025 racism should be abolished. I do not promote racism. My child is tought to be respectful, be kind & color of skin doesn't define the person. However Corporate has removed the word Black from their system because the word is racist. In reality they are still promoting racism to the people who's last name is Black. I cannot use my name Black for my orders. I've emailed corporate with no response. I just want their justification to what determined that my last name is Racist. Sure I can use my first name for my order. However what's right is right & what's wrong is wrong. Everyone screams equality for all. But that's not the case. If your surname is Black msg or post review to Corporate to show they're are being racist. Your rights are not...
