HORRIBLE FOOD QUALITY AND SERVICE!!

The manager is petty!!!!

Went there today and thought I would try their crispy spacey chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun with fries and a drink.

Once I got my meal, I opened up my chicken sandwich to make sure I had fresh produce, and that the chicken was cooked properly, but instead of what I saw was a hard greasy burnt a piece of chicken on a bun. The fries were lukewarm like they have been sitting there for a while. Went through the drive-through again asked for a refund came to the window showed the manager. I can't remember his name. I want to say maybe it was Erin the chicken sandwich he asked me what was wrong as if he could not see the burnt piece of chicken on top of the Bun. I said just please give me a refund gave him my receipt where I was charged $11.28. As I pull out, I just happen to look at my receipt only to realize that he decided because he's petty to give me only a refund on the chicken sandwich and not the fries that were returned to him as well. He was extremely rude. Never apologized until I said to him when leaving You can't even apologize and he said sorry. Have a good day.

Then there was another guy he came up to me gave me my $2.55 for my fries and in a very condescending way he said have a good day. Also, when I was pulling up, he said to the manager that lady back.

I was visiting here, but I tell you, you will not have to worry about me coming here again because the service is horrible and now I know the food quality is horrible too!!!!!!!!

I wish I had taken a picture of the sandwich, but I gave it back to him and had he given me my full refund I would have just been on my way but instead I had to go through the drive-through and wait for a third time so he could turn around and give me my...

If you like guns, bows, & hunting, or other such outdoor activities like camping & kayaking then Cabella's probably has you covered. But be sure to bring plenty of cash or credit cards in your wallet because you'll need it!

Some of the other Southridge Shopping Center stores have discounted groceries (Aldi's & Sam's), a bridal shop (David's) , a furniture store (Big Sandy), a large movie theater complex, a hobby & craft store (Hobby Lobby), many various restaurants from fast food to dine in steakhouses, miscellaneous shops ranging from 2 gas & convenience stores to computer repairs, a Dollar Tree, a USPS branch offc, a mattress shop, & banking services. Last but not least is the dreaded & infamous... Walmart. 🙄🙄 (dbl eye rolls)

FYI...This is another of those shopping areas we definitely avoid during any of the major holidays or back to school shopping seasons due to practically guaranteed extreme...

Went to the Five Guys Burgers, for a burger. Heard it was the bomb. They just didn't tell me it was caffeteria style. Ordered two cheese burgers , frys for two, a Choco. Milkshake, two hot dogs with catsup,mustard and relish. They don't have chilli, bummer! Then you get a number get a table and wait to be called. They stuff your food in a bag and reach it to you. They forgot the milkshake. So we had to go back to the register to get the milkshake. The hotdog was the best tasting even with out chilli on it. The $8, burger I could have got at Hardies or Burger King. For a lot less. The place is run like an indoor drive thru. The employees yelling like short order cooks without the waitresses.
