This is a very good place for a variety of goods. Everything from hobby craft decor and everyday use items. Customer service was awesome they helped me find what I needed even escorted me over to where it was at instead of just telling me. Being the first time to this store I didn't know where anything was compared to the other store. The layout of this store is completely opposite of their other store. Some other pricing on their items was over the top. But that's to be expected from most stores these days. A lot of their items was 30-40 and 50% off. I don't know if this is common or if this stores on the brink of closing down or what the deal is. But my overall shopping experience at the store was good. And it has people following you around like you was going to steal something You didn't have customer service reps that despise their jobs and didn't want to help I actually spoke to three different customer service representatives there and all three of their attitudes and willingness to help and answer questions was awesome. Read moreSo I bought a bunch of balsa wood for a project. I made sure to ask if I could return what I didn't need. Also asked if I had to keep my receipt. I was told I didn't have to have my receipts to get a refund because you can look up my purchase using my credit card. My Discover card is loaded on my phone so that I can avoid touching the pin pad so I used Samsung pay. No one told me that if I did that it would prevent the register from looking up the receipt. So when I went in to return my items I was then told that it would not find my receipt and that they would give me a store credit. I did not want a store credit... I want the credit back on my card. I looked it up on my Discover card app and found the transaction and showed it to the supervisor but she still said she could only give me a store credit. She got on her walkie and asked some man if he would approve it and instead of coming to talk to me he just told her, "store credit". I could have bought everything at Michael's but I chose to go to your beautiful new store. If this is the type of service you deliver... its back to Michael's I go. I will not be back. The service inside was so bad I couldn't get my banking app to load, so I told the cashier, who advised me I could leave my cart at his register until I get back. I walked 20 feet from the front door, it literally took me 30 seconds to unlock my card, and less than a minute from the time I walked out the doors until the time I walked back in. When I walked over to the register where my car was supposed to be, my cart, and the cashier were nowhere to be found. He had told another employee that they did not support my method of payment and I was going to an ATM, but to go ahead and put everything in my cart back on the shelves. In less than two minutes from the time I spoke with the cashier, my cart was being unloaded, and organized into four carts full of merchandise not purchased, to be returned to their respective shelves.
