Terrible experience. My wife placed a Mobile Take-Out order on the TacoBell App at 5:40pm and arrive to the restaurant ~10 min later. Have two little kids in the vehicle so decided to use the Drive Thru for pickup. The Drive Thru line is totally packed and backed up, but understandable since it's Christmas Eve. However, before we're able to even get to the speaker to inform them we had placed an order, a worker comes out and begins locking the outside doors, yelling at cars stuck in the drive thru that no more orders were going to be made due to a Holiday Party starting at 7pm. Thought it was strange to close over an hour before the party started, and apparently others did as well, as several people in their cars start yelling back, but was pretty certain they'd still honor orders placed awhile ago. Anyways, get up to the speaker, and silence. No one from inside comes across to inform they were closed or ask if we had a mobile order. Tried saying "Hello?" several times to no avail and after several minutes of waiting, figured they were having issues with the speaker system and pulled forward. Wait another 10-15+ min and finally make it to the pick-up window. The worker begins by attempting to hand-me a bag, but I stated it couldn't be mine, as I hadn't spoken to anyone yet about my mobile order. That worker begins talking to another saying he was going to check-in my order, but suddenly a different worker storms from the back and hastily says "we can't check-in mobile orders from the window, you'l have to go back and say it into the speaker." We replied that we HAD tried to confirm it at the speaker for a few minutes but no one was answering back. The new worker states there wasn't anything they could do other than check us in and for us to wait again in the drive-thru line. Instead of waiting another 30 minutes, just said whatever and left. Fast forward to getting home. Check the app to make sure the order was NOT charged, and lo and behold, the store DID check-in the order AND was charged $40+ for food NEVER received. Immediately dispute the charge in the app, and the app says call the store. Then called the store, and they're saying contact the app.
Multiple other choices for food in the area. Will be hard to choose this Taco Bell location over other alternatives given the...
Read moreThis store had the rudest employees I've ever encountered. I showed up at 130 am, mind you the store closes at 2 am, and my family and I waited in the drive-thru for an employee to answer. No one said anything for over 5 mins. I got impatient and told my husband to say "hello" to find out what was going on. He said it a few times and asked if anyone was there. After 10 mins of waiting and seeing employees just walking around inside and talking, they turned the drive-thru lights off without so much as a word. It was completely rude. We started to drive on through when a male employee that had turned the lights off, smiled and laughed at us as we went by!! Are you kidding me??? What did we do to deserve that? We had just driven 2 hrs to go home and stopped there because we were starving. We went around and they were leaving the store 15 mins early. I couldn't believe the lack of consideration and completely rude, obnoxious behavior. It was going to be the first time we would get food at this store and it will be the last. We drove next door to McDonald's where the food was hot and fresh, without the childish drama. After we got our food from McDonald's, we drove past Taco Bell and there were two employees just outside smoking and talking!!! I guess their cigarettes were more important than being a decent human being!!!! Do yourself a favor and boycott Taco Bell, it's...
Read moreThis time it was just ok, I have had better experience with them. When we first went in stood at the counter could see people being helped in drivethru but no one even saying I'll be with you shortly, it 6-7 minutes before anyone even looked at us. The woman that took our order was friendly and got our food was quick. The next problem was the booth seat had issues when you sit down you hit metal there was now stuffing in the seat. They need to block that side from being used with tape or something to keep people from sitting down on the metal. Lastly went to use the bathroom and of course didnt see that there wasnt any toilet paper until to late. Like I said I have had better experience with them other times just...
