Been sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes listening to arguing through the loud speaker waiting on someone to take our order. Then was rudely told to hang on a minute because they are in the middle of shift change. I have worked in many restaurants and have never made a guest wait because it is shift change. Pure and total incompetence! The person behind us just drove next door to McDonald's. We are actually just sitting here to see what happens. Now at 13 minutes and almost comical. I'm amazed at people and the work ethic.
Update to review,we have now been here 41 minutes and have spoken with corporate. We are still waiting.............. Several cars have now left the drive thru not wanting to wait. I'm really perplexed, the district manager is supposed to be calling us back.
Another update after 48 minutes a girl came to ask if she can help us and offered no apology or anything. Now we are trying to make up our mind.
Ended getting corporate back on phone as we spoke to the very young manager like girl. Did not get a call back from the district manager until today. After reading the rest of the reviews and with my experience in food and bev as a general manager, it is true that poor leadership creates a poor work environment which in turn creates poor customer service.

Read moreThis is probably the worst KFC of all KFC that exists. My daughter and I went to this location expecting our food and service to be good. It was awful and disappointing. I ordered for my daughter a 4 piece chicken meal (requested all legs) only to receive leg, breast, thigh, and wing with mashed potatoes with macaroni cheese and for myself a 3 piece tender with mashed potatoes and gravy honey mustard with both of our drinks being a Mountain Dew. When we got our order from the drive thru that took 12 minutes from the time we ordered our food. Our drinks were in a small cup (the soda was flat), one spoon (one spoon for two of us that ordered Mac and cheese with mashed potatoes gravy) macaroni, no napkins, and the chicken my daughter requested was not in the bag. I’m not sure why this specific establishment has so many negative reviews but yet it is still in business. KFC really need to take a serious look into these employees that work there because this place is awful and deserves unsatisfactory for everything that goes there. Every time I’ve come here, it’s like walking into a ghost town with a chicken fryer. They close early constantly, even when their posted hours say otherwise. If you show up anytime near closing, don’t bother — doors are locked, lights are off, and the employees are already out in the parking lot laughing like it’s a block party.
Inside? Filthy. Trash on the floors, tables always sticky, and it smells like cleaning day never came.
Meanwhile, the employees — when they are present — are either lounging in the lobby on their phones or posted up around their cars outside while a line of customers stands around waiting like we’re the ones bothering them. When they finally speak to you, it’s with an attitude that makes you wish you’d just gone anywhere else.
I don’t expect five-star service from fast food, but basic decency and cleanliness shouldn’t be too much to ask. KFC corporate needs to pay this location a surprise visit ASAP. It's a terrible look for the brand.
