Well...sigh.... I placed an order in the app at approximately 12:15. I arrived at the counter at 12:18 and my free, 3000pts, medium fry was on the shelf. I wanted to eat them with my sandwiches so I left them there. I was told at 1230 that they were waiting for my chicken to come out of the grease and then my orders would be complete and I would be omw. At 1238 my nuggets were removed from the grease, boxed, bagged and handed off to me. Let me summarize my time-line: 1217 med fry bagged and shelved, 10pc nuggets bagged and handed to me at 1239 and OH YEAH BOGO QPwC bagged...sometime before the nuggets and sometime before 1224 when I started paying close attention. So "approximately," its actually exactly because I looked up the receipt times, order times and adjusted my clock calculations to be very accurate because what else am I going to do for 22 minutes i had waited at the counter.
Anyway, I certainly wasn't going to spend 30 minutes waiting for cold unpleasant food so I asked politely with words and more demanding with tone to get a fresh, hot fry and a QP worth eating. I appealed to the cashiers empathy by suggesting they wouldn't eat them either. They immediately, although begrudgingly, called for the items off screen.
I had lost the battle at this point, 1241, and started eating my fresh nuggets at the counter out of the little box. When I finished consuming the nuggets my "fresh" QP and 3/5s med fry was sat in front of me at the counter. I promptly grabbed the bag and departed the store at..........1250!..?!...
The nuggets were good with sw&sr dip, the fries were good having been pulled from the lard within the last 3 to 5 minutes however the container was far from correctly filled and was at least 25% low. The QP patty, cheese and condiments were fresh and proper on a warm but old bun. You know pretzelly chewy texture at the edges so it was a c minus overall.
32 minutes to get a mediocre "fast" food meal. There was so many things going on in this time that were subpar, at best, from the staff, management and facility that well...sigh...I just can't. I figured out in the 10 minutes I sat in the lot that the locals already knew to steer clear of the place. This restaurant could have done some serious work if anyone cared. I recommend that you try elsewhere, I could see at least 4 other options from the parking lot. I don't know if they are better, but I know this option is sure to disappoint. Read moreWhile i haven't had much issues with the food and typically went to this one. Some of the workers will leave a bad taste in your mouth if the food won't. Came here to get some of the happy meal toys we had been collecting. Drove up to the speaker, asked them the numbers they had. And they told us 4 different ones. We then told them we wanted one of each, the guy told us to pull up, and we did. We sat there waiting. Them looking at us over and over, passing by, and repeating. Never opened the window. We waited. Nothing. We pulled up to the next window. They asked us was we some other order, we said no, we had 4 toys. She took our card and went and paid it, had a sour look on her face. They gave us the toys and we left. Got home, found it was 4 of the same toy. Called them, the woman claimed we never asked the numbers, well guess what, we did. We asked if they would save them since we did. And she said "Yes" but was in a snarky rude mood. This was a lie. She never did. We called the next day as we had planned. And the manager asked who old us they would hold them because no one did. We went over, and all the ones we asked for was gone. Read moreWas horrible. Witch don't happen often. Had gotten there at least twenty min prior to closure. Was asked to wait for short moment. That was no big deal. Then myself and two other customers was left standing there unable proceed with order or anything. As well as sev drive thru customers. Then I walk around sode of building and view a manager & the worker from leas ten minutes ago. Setting in office staring at computer cameras talking cutting up just what appeared be them killing time so that they didn't have serve us last few customers. Partially for the fact they'd tried closing alil early. I have worked in fast food I get it,retail or even hospital I know it hard jobs for very little pay. I would have least been honest told customers they came in somewhat late or anything would've been better then living wasting their time l,leaving them standing until screens lights off ect. I will say I called after we finally exit store & couldn't speak to manager or closer was verbally abused disregarded ect. Have not been back in this est. Please address this issue anyone.
