The young guy at drive thru (Sunday June 30th, 8:45 Approx 18-25yo African American young man, Dread lock type hair) had a MAJOR attitude. First, he said 'Go' at the order microphone/menu drive-thru. I then asked if he said go ahead with your order, I didn't want to start listing items if he wasn't ready. So I waited and then asked again, "Should I go ahead with my order?".. Still nothing, so then I said Hello three or more times, finally he said, "Maaann.. Go head already!". I said I'm sorry and the the speaker was bad. So I gave him my order which was only two different items and when I was done there was no 'Pull around' my total, no thing. As I pulled around and up to the window he was holding his mic and he was looking out the side of the pass thru window as if he was looking for us, when he finally made eye contact with me, he said something into the mic and kind of shook his head as if to say, "Yeah, I knew it". So I have him my credit card, he never looked at me at any given time, he handed me my card and the food with his head totally opposite of acknowledging me. He went to close the window but he DID catch himself and asked if I wanted any sauce and when he handed me them I said thank and "Have a nice night man" and he said nothing and slammed the window shut. He acted as if it was a struggle to even breathe, but maybe he was having a bad night. I get it, everyone does. But a tilt of the head acknowledging me when I told him to have a good night isn't much to ask. Is this a huge deal? No, but it seems customer service is now almost taboo or a sign of weakness or lame. I guess that's why there is such a threat to human workers being replaced by A.I. But at least a robot would be consistently...
Read moreThere is nothing… NOTHING… that this Taco Bell location does well. Every time I go here, something has been extremely disappointing, or flat out wrong. First off, this store skimps on every single item they sell. From ordinary tacos to nachos bell grandes, they skimp on everything. Even if you order extra whatever, it’s still skimpy. Then their order accuracy is always a toss up. Two of the last five times, I left the drive thru missing an item. Then, it’s also a toss up when you place an order and have a request (like extra beef, or no beans). And when you go inside, everything is dirty, sticky, and the straws/lids/condiments aren’t properly stocked. When you order anything that involves regular taco shells, the beef is always so greasy or watery that it saturates the taco shell and causes the bottom of the taco to fall out. I grew up in KC, so I’ve been to this location hundreds of times over the years. It used to be a decent location, but those days are long gone. I literally drive 5-10 mins past this store, and go to another location. I’d be utterly embarrassed if I was the GM or or district...
Read moreTaco Bell @ 3500 MacCorkle Ave SE, Charleston, WV 25304. The team member behind the register was high out of his mind. His own team members noticed, all of us in line were talking about it, he was out of his head and could barley stand up. The beverage area was in shambles (couldn't even set your tray down for the filth). The dining area was a mess, people where wiping their own tables down with napkins so they could sit, not even getting into how bad the floor was since this was the only way people could wipe off a table. They were telling us that they were out of trays and would have to bag our meals even though we were eating in. Perhaps if they emptied the over flowing trash cans and cleaned one of the 50 trays stacked on them there would be more trays for use. Not that this is Taco Bells fault there were people bumming money outside that would come in and fill up 1 taco bell small cup and several non-taco bell large cups with soda. I have honestly never seen a taco bell in this...
