When I first came I sat in the drive through for awhile with no movement. I then decided to just pull around and go inside and take my chances in the lobby. Upon walking in there was one older gentlemen in front of me waiting to order and no one in the dinning room waiting for food. They only had one employee who had to run from the front to the back constantly because they were only using the register at the drive through. After finally placing my order and while waiting the older gentleman in front of me was unable to get himself a drink. The self serve soda machine was only spitting syrup and both teas were empty. He had to end up giving them his cups to replace the old ones and to go fill them up. He also proceeded to almost slip and fall on a huge unmarked puddle on the floor which no one dealt with the whole time I was there. Also while waiting I spoke to a woman who had placed a call in order at 6:20 and was still waiting at 7:40 for her food. Which somehow I received my own food before her??? In addition two managers came out at two times to tell the same people that “if you’re here to order then GET OUT our dining room is now closed and go to the drive through.” So they also closed the dining room for some reason after I came in. Upon finally receiving my food after I’m not sure how long, and just happy to have the food I headed home (4 minute drive). I would realize the fries were cold and soggy as I had also watched them sit the whole time I waited in the dining room, and both burgers were missing toppings. Read moreThey never seem to get my order right lately...I haven't enjoyed a good experience at this particular location in years...the whole entire staff needs to be replaced from the management down to the rest of the employees...on my last visit there which was about 3 weeks ago, they once again botched my order, I went inside for the order to be fixed and they got my order wrong again and while I waited for them to fix my order for the 3rd time, I watched 4 other sets of customers come in who's orders were also wrong and they dumped the food of every single order of those customers. I was astonished needless to say, so when they finally got my order right I immediately left, but to this day I'm still amazed at all the food they threw away because they constantly got the orders wrong...I definitely witnessed a lack of communication between the employees which contributed to the wastefulness of all that food. Read moreWebsite states store is open, folks inside but doors locked. I arrived at 6:56am engaged an employee through the drive thru window and was told the store was not open yet and that it opened in 10 mins(after checking the store clock). Weird opening time.
At 7:12 an employee final opened the door next to the drive thru and not the one I was standing at which is the main entrance. She clearly saw me. I had to walk around to come in the store.
At 7:16 I had not been acknowledged at the counter and finally left without ordering when the person I was meeting showed up. I would not have stayed that long if I wasn’t supposed to meet someone there. We went to Mc Donald’s. It would be better not to serve breakfast than have that kind of service. Shame on Wendy’s
Two major needs: 1)Easy fix first- Website needs to be updated to reflect store hours 2) employees need to be managed and trained much better and the current staff likely needs to be replaced!!!!
