Bojangles — Restaurant in Charlotte

My wife and I came up from the Raleigh-Durham for a small Holiday Getaway weekend... So while we were out and about we passed by your location she saw the sign advertised fried pickle chips so I decided I was a little hungry myself normally I get occasion for a biscuit but I saw the Bo Bites advertised... So I pulled up to the drive-thru and number one the Bojangles up my way we're actually talking to a human being not a automated voice answering system... So I ordered a combo and water but I was trying to speak up and say I want it a sweet tea with my combo and the water was for my wife so when I pulled up to the window I tried to explain it to the young lady but she gave me this hideous look and to me it felt like she had somewhat of an attitude and she said that she couldn't change the order once it came through... All I was simply trying to do was have a sweet tea with my combo and the water separately but she said she couldn't change it BUT she can add the sweet tea and charge me more... This took place all day afternoon of December 22nd 2024...Overall the bo bites and the fried pickle chips were 🔥🔥🔥💯👍🏾.... I do wonder why the Bojangles up our way wouldn't have that same menu that the Bojangles in Charlotte have it would be so awesome to have the bo bites and the pickle chips up here...

Went Inside to eat. Simple family breakfast. Got our drinks. Coffee was the end of the pot and cold. Waited 30 minutes for food. Kept asking is that my order in the window? Nope not yours. But it was. 40 minutes get the cold food, it's wrong and now my man wants his money back. We don't want cold hard food NOW that you give it to me! And it's wrong!!!!! What the phuque? They spent all that money to remodel, but they should have spent it on training employees to do their jobs correctly. I know food service is hard work. I have compassion for swamped busy understaffed restaurants, however I do not have compassion for in-depth fast food restaurants that are mismanaged . I will just stick with my Freedom Dr. Bojangles. We left Trade St .Bo and went straight tothe one over on freedom drive. Talk about friendly clean fast old boy these guys were on the ball! I gave them a great review they deserve five stars. The Trade Street bojangles' deserves minus five stars. Highly recommend Bojangles all around, just not the one on...

All bojangles in charlotte have the slowest service ever. I still eat there because I like your food but I dont think i can keep dealing with the frustrating service. Most recently I waited 10 minutes to even order food... not because you were slammed like how chick fil a gets but because you are slow. I finally get to the window and start ordering a 3 piece meal. Then I am told you are out of CHICKEN. Out of chicken I say?? "Yes" I asked ALL chicken? "Yes". What about chicken strips? "Oh we have that". So I change my BFs order to what I always get which is chicken strips. I asked for double mash for one and double mac for the other so she recommends the big bo box. I say sure! Then I wait another 10 minutes to get the food (20+minutes in a drive thru). I get home to discover we didnt even get the double sides we paid for! I think the employees are all stoned and don't care about their jobs. At some point good food is not enough when the service is THIS...
