Where do I start?? Maybe the employees here have the ability to turn off online ordering? I don't know but wow this place is horribly run. I tried to place an order on the application online. The system just want working. Then to work around the issue I tried calling the store. Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone here. These people won't even try to answer a phone. (I'd say remove the ability to receive tips or split the tips less favorably in their favor if they don't answer calls to make them answer calls). Customers just need to know that they don't feel like working anymore and stop taking orders as of 10:00 pm. They are literally the rudest you can find in both the front of the store and back where the cooks are. Just purely unprofessional I know they are just children but talking on the phone while working and walking in and out of store is just not something a patron/customer wants to see when you refund to make his order at 10pm when you close at 11pm. Because I proceeded to write a review infront of the store they proceeded to take a picture of me in my car writing a review. Employee who was minding their business is now constantly walking in and out of business doing absolutely nothing but walking.( this time could be used making some food I'd say). To the business owner I'll say this look into your revenue and find out why your revenue drops after 9pm. This might be the reason why. If you guys are supposed to close at 10pm then just change your hours to reflect that. Or hold your employees accountable for your revenue loss. Which I imagine is alot...

I went back in to let the worker know that I had ordered a wings combo with onion rings with a separate order of large onion rings and he said āI combined it together.ā This was not the case because I have ordered once before (with the same order) from this location and they had one container with my onion rings for my combo and a separate container for my extra side order of large onion rings. Also, the amount of onion rings I received totaled the amount of my small order of onion rings I had received my previous visit. I wasnāt going stay there and argue with him and in fact his customer service was horrible. Not friendly, welcome, & just didnāt seem like he wanted to be there. The fact that I didnāt get what I paid for and when I brought it up it was brushed aside with some lazy excuse. But the store was having technical difficulties and a customer/consumer can't place online and to call in the order they should allow the promos to be applied. They did not allow the promos to be used, then was told to call customer service, I call customer service and they told me to call the store. Buffalo Wild Wings in Charlotte is slacking big time. I even tried to place my order with another Buffalo Wild Wings (they didn't have technical difficulties) but couldn't place my order because Buffalo Wild Wings didn't have chicken for chicken...
