UPDATED REVIEW: The issue was fixed and I have started coming back on a semi regular basis. Coffee is pretty good and I enjoy making up and trying different combinations. Thank you for addressing my concern!

I usually visit this coffee shop once a week but today that stops. Went to go grab a drink yesterday and barista didnt really have the best attitude (which is fine I guess, we all have days) Once I ordered the drink (total 4.99), the young lady took my card, swiped it and kept the tablet behind the window the entire time, which I thought was weird (Usually they let you put the card it and select a tip option and receipt delivery option). This raised some flags for me, when I inquired about where the screen is for tipping and receipt delivery she stated that it just went away and gave me the drink. Well I checked my account today and I was charged 7.99 (4.99+3.00 tip I DID NOT AUTHORIZE OR SELECT THIS TIP) BEWARE when visiting here some of the baristas here seem dishonest and tipping themselves rather than allowing the patron to do it. I will no longer be visiting...

I love coming here for coffee and love the staff but the owner has to be so lazy and cheap. This is my third time coming here but sadly it will be my last. This time when I was coming to the walk up window to order a latte. I saw a roach walking over the Esposito machine. It was so disgusting and it was so big. Then I remembered the first time I came to this place; I thought i saw some baby roach walking on the counter but it was so small that I thought it was something else. But now I know for sure it was a roach and that was months ago. And the fact the problem they still have roaches. I looked around for a health rating but I didn’t see one. Which is very confusing how can you deal with food and drink without having a health rating. Hope they do something about this. I feel so bad for the staff; having to work there with roaches everyday. Hopefully the owner does something about...

We used to come here regularly, and the drinks were consistently great. However, since the original girls all quit, we've noticed a decline in both service and quality. Some of the employees now aren’t friendly, and on a couple of occasions, have even been rude. The coffee is still good about 75% of the time, but the rest of the time it tastes off—either too heavy on the syrup or too much milk. We've also had a couple of instances where refresher drinks were overfilled and spilled on us and in the car when they were handed to us.

While those things on their own aren’t huge issues, the combination of inconsistent drink quality and occasional unwelcoming service has made us visit far less often than we used to, which sucks because it used...
