Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Charlotte

My (now) husband and I are obsessed with boba and it just made sense to have some on our wedding day with our entire wedding party! Hoang, the manager of this location, was so wonderful to work with, and Hoang made sure we were well taken care of. We gifted our wedding party bobamates to use for our post-ceremony photos and asked KFT if we could have our boba in the bottles. They worked with us to make sure it could happen, and we couldn’t have had a better experience! Hoang was so responsive and accommodating, and the boba tasted amazing, as usual with KFT. KFT is our favorite boba go-to so when we were able to drink it between the ceremony and reception, it was seriously such a treat to keep us going throughout the day. We were able to delegate drop off and pick up easily because we trusted this location to take care of us, and happy to say that there were no issues. All we needed to do was sign a waiver (for having our drinks in the bobamates), order & pay through the mobile app, and drop off the bottles. I was even able to order a couple extra on the side for my niece and friends picking up without any confusion. Now, we can look back at these photos and remember what an easy and great time it was! I came here because of the T-Mobile Tuesday reward they offered from last week $2 off and I had to try it for a number of reasons of course because of the great reviews, I love boba tea and it’s right down the street from my job. I sat up an account to use the discount and to start earning points. The decor was very cute on the inside and the staff was very nice, explaining how to use the app and all of their drinks. I went with the winter melon tea 50% sweet and regular ice (I should’ve went lite on the ice you get more tea) with popping mango and my husband got oolong hot tea 20% sweet. A group of 9 of us went and we all got slightly different things. I ordered the Thai tea no Boba and a pineapple whie grape lemonade. It took a little while to get it because the place was kinda busy but that was ok. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere because there was no air circulating so it was kinda muggy almost humid in the building. My Thai tea was pretty good. A little different from what im use to but good. The pineapple white grape lemonade was soo good, omg. Just the right amount of sweetness, had pineapple pulp in the bottom and was really refreshing.
