Looked pretty good on the outside but there was only one cashier and the line was over an hour long at 1:00 p.m. Basically like a whole another roller coaster, except when you made it through the line all you got was some not very good food-definitely not a thrill. As far as food options there was only Philly cheese steak, chicken cheese steak or wings. Tried to go for wings because those are hard to screw up but our prepaid lunch ticket apparently didn't allow us to get wings although they were clearly listed under entrees. Oh and fries... the fries were good. I got the chicken cheese steak but forgot to tell them to hold the cheese, which I'm pretty sure was a chemical conviction with 0% cheese and 85% salt. After an hour and a half wait (forgot to mention the 20ish min wait AFTER we ordered), I was hungry and committed to this so-called meal, so I wiped off as much of the "cheese" as I could and ate it. I'm still alive, so two stars! Harsh review I know but let's be honest... You didn't come to Carowinds for the food and they seem to know that, so when you are game+planning your day either pack some snack bars and eat in line or choose food based on whichever place is...

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Do NOT waste your money. They lost our order and we waited for 30 minutes before we realized order 433 was getting called and we were order 413. We thought the pizza would take a little bit so when we mentioned we had been waiting, they looked and saw our order ticket had been completely skipped and Areontae rudely said “OOPS.” We then proceeded to wait over another 30 minutes. We asked how much longer, and was told “it’s in the oven.” After another 10 minutes we asked again, got ignored and GLARED at with the absolute dirtiest looks from Areontae. When told not to look at upset customers like that she only made more rude comments and faces. So we asked for a manager, and a male manager literally did nothing but ignore us. We finally got our food and it was the most doughy, thin, no cheese, disgusting pizza. $55 for that nasty pizza and some seasoned fries. RIDICULOUS. I’m not too sure why they have so many negative reviews. For starters, their location is in an amusement park. They can not dish out fresh food every minute. Especially with their location being available on the Dinner Plan for Carowinds. The portions you receive are very big. More then enough for two people. The ordering system is also very simple. You scan your gold pass and it applies your dinner plan pass. Pick your items (you have two options with the Dinner Pass) and then you receive a ticket. Unless you buy a drink or something extra, you just sit or stand and wait for your number to be called. I love the original cheesesteak sandwich and their fries are to die for. I always make sure to order extra cheese sauce because that stuff is DELICIOUS. This is probably my favorite place to get food from in the whole park.
