Terminal A — Restaurant in South Carolina

The cashier asked me to leave a negative review because she shared my frustrations.

No signs, no paper menus, nothing. From 5-7, this restaurant is open though the park is “closed.” As such, mobile ordering doesn’t work, and you can’t view the menus. Everyone in line is just wondering what food they have, what prices are, etc. Then you get to the front and they waste so much time reciting the entire menu to everyone. Additionally, this location should function as a bar/restaurant, not a counter with one line. I witnessed several arguments between guests because some were waiting in line and some were getting seats and then being served first, despite there being a 15 minute line. If they just got rid of the line and had the bartenders serve the bar and the rest of the servers work the tables, it would be smoother.

I said something (not blaming the bartender) and she said she completely agrees, the operations here are a mess, and to leave a Google review to let management know. I felt bad for her, she clearly was overwhelmed and unhappy at her job, and it’s not her fault.

The service was terrible, the red head woman who was working was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. All I asked for was a small cup of water and she gave me the worst attitude. She was rude and refused to give me any water at all. I also want to note that a child had passed out in the bathroom just before I went to ask for water. It is the law to provide it in any establishment. The red head woman with the curly hair said I and was not just rude but mean. I honestly have NEVER had such terrible service and the manager who came out seemed to care less about it.
