I don't even write reviews, but my experience from yesterday afternoon really bothered me to the bone. My tacos were laying on the foil with the sofritas in them already and I was waiting for the veggies to finish cooking. I didn't care that it was getting cold at all and I was very patient. Though, when the server ( I believe her name was Sylvia unless they gave me a false name) started putting the veggies in them, I asked her to please put some more. I guess she got annoyed at that because she thought I was bossy or too demanding? I do not know, then after she did that, she started throwing the lettuce all over my tacos in a very careless manner... more like throwing them on and ignoring my requests because I wanted to add something else. I thought maybe she didn't hear me, and I repeated myself loud enough for her to hear, and I know she heard me the second time but she IGNORED ME COMPLETELY. She did it all in such a haste like she wanted to get rid of me, and it actually felt hateful. I can tell if they are rushing to get the next order or not, but this was not the case; she was being mean, careless, ignored me completely, and it really put me down because I do not know what I did to deserve that and It was uncalled for. The manager was nice enough to give me a refund on my meal, but It would have meant a lot more to me if I had gotten a sincere apology. She asked me to wait while she spoke with the server about what happened but I was too hurt to even talk about it more and even cried when we got back to the car. To be treated in such a hateful and negative way when you have done absolutely nothing to the other person can really bring you down for the rest of the day like it did to me. I hope she understands that what she did yesterday was really uncalled for and a bit mean. I will continue to come to this Chipotle, hoping that maybe they fixed this problem by making her acknowledge what she has done and knowing that she wont do it again, because you just never know what that other person is going through, and to be treated this way is probably the last...
Read moreI wanted a chipotle chicken burrito so bad so I stopped at this location placing my order to go. I live 40 minutes from this location, so I was so excited when I pulled into my driveway ready to indulge. I was so disappointed when I bit into my burrito, the burrito lacked flavor. I mean the burrito literally had no taste at all. It’s like eating without seasonings. I ordered chips and guacamole, the chips were chewy and stale and the guacamole was browning. I’m 6mo pregnant, so I truly wanted to cry, cravings are serious during pregnancy. I called this location and spoke to a manager named Erica. After explaining my situation and expressing I would like a refund. She initially tried to inform me to call corporate to receive a refund. I explained I lived 40 min away, but I would bring the food back the next day to the same location I purchased from to receive a refund. I went back the next day, threw the food out in front of Erica and received a refund. Knowing I wasted at least 15 bucks in gas to drive back and forth to receive a 20 dollar refund and how dissatisfied I was with the food I purchased the night before, as a courtesy I would have given a customer a refund, apologized for the night before and offered to remake the food. Not here Erica just asked me to discard the food I brought back, issued my refund and handed me my receipt. I will never eat at this location again and I urge anyone reading this to...
Read moreThe food was OK and average, the employees just stand around while there are customers waiting like they can't do more than one task at a time. There is ZERO teamwork. They take forever to get one order at a time. 1 person working 3 others standing there looking around like they have no idea there is a line out the door and could not be bothered. The other part is they had NO salt...and when I asked they acted like I was the one being weird asking for it. That was very annoying. Sadly you can't get good help now. The people who work these jobs, unlike 10 years ago, don't know what it means to give the best possible service. Instead it's just "at or below expectations" for most of them. The eating area is cold and dystopian with the music being way too loud. You feel like you are in some sort of prison setting with music to drown out the screams coming from the back of the kitchen....it's just a strange place all around and won't go back. I had not been to a Chipotle for years and this will keep me from coming back again for a long while. Overpriced food with below average service from people who look like they would rather be...
