I placed an online order for curbside pickup at 11:40 a.m. I wasn't able to get to the restaurant until 12:30 p.m. I called inside to tell them I was there to pick up, they told me the order wasn't ready yet. They would have it outside when it was. After 20 minutes I went inside, where I waited for another 15 minutes for the cashier to tell me they didn't have one of the items I had ordered. I asked for a refund, and I wanted the number of the district or general manager. It took another 10 to 15 minutes for the restaurant manager to come to the counter. It took another 4 minutes to explain I had placed an order online, that wasn't DoorDash, that I wanted my money back and I wanted the number for that Manager's supervisor. She then walked up for her another 15 to 20 minutes. The cashier came back and asked if I had been helped yet. I told her no. The manager came back and explained she had only worked there 3 days, and did not know that they did not serve one of the items I had ordered. I told her I just wanted my money back at this point. She then pulled out her phone and called someone who she said was her gentle manager. That person only asked for my order number, then told the manager in front of me that I would get my money back within one or two days. I understand the businesses are short-staffed. I understand that things are in short supply. I don't understand how it can take 2 hours to get the promise of a refund. I will never go back to Denny's again. I urge anyone seeing this not to go to this Denny's ever, and to think strongly before going to any Denny's. By the way, people were waiting 10 to 15 minutes to pay for meals, or just to place an order at the counter. It was taking half an hour for those orders to come up. Avoid this place...
Read moreFood was great! Service was not that good. This was probably the worst I've had in a long time. Waitress never checked on us to see if we wanted a refill on drinks or stop by our table once the food was brought out. The next time we saw her she was bringing us the check and I asked her did she forget about us, her response was no I didn't forget. We had to ask for drink refills so we got them to go and my sis and nephew needed to-go boxes. When she brings the to-go refills to the table she reached to the middle of the table to sit them down and the lid is not secured on the cup and spills over in my nephew plate. So she takes the cup and plate and says I'll get you another one. When she comes back she only comes back with the refill we had to ask for her to replace his pancakes which was not a problem but we had to wait, then says here you go and walks away NO Thank you for coming, have a good/great night or anything. She's a good greeter but she need to keep that energy up the entire service and check on your customers often. I dislike when I have to flag someone to get their attention. Waitress never had a attitude, she just needs customer service training. This was my 1st time ever coming to Denny's in the evening. When we pulled in the parking lot I thought this will be a great night because it not too busy. I would hate to see what a busy night looks like for them. I'll just stick to the morning hours when coming to this location. The employee that checked me out was nice and said Have a good night when leaving. This was my experience yours may...
Read moreThis location is terrible in all aspects and has been for a long time. We have dined in multiple times over the years. The wait is awful and the place is dirty. Tried ordering for pick up today and it was supposed to be ready by 10:50AM. 30 minutes later I asked the front desk lady and I was told "5 more minutes". I saw multiple parties walking out. It was probably closer to 1 hour and I asked her again, she called the manager. It was a very rude man that came over and said you have the option to cancel it. He said my ticket could not skip the line and walked away. A long time later someone came and said there were no crepes or red skin tomatoes and I would get pancakes and hashbrowns. 90 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, I asked for the manager and I told him if there was a line for the tickets, why 3 big tables that came after me were already eating. He said there is no proof of that. I had lost all patience by that time and raised my voice. I was handled my food and walked out with a very hungry kid. Got home and realized I was not given the toast or an overhard egg plate. There is no point in calling because they do not answer the phone. My problem is the lies and the fact that no one ever said sorry. I feel so bad for all those people with young kids and elderly that are told there will be a 5-10...
