Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Charlotte

Honestly just save yourself the hassle and get carry out from a different location, I almost ALWAYS have problems with this one. This most recent time triumphs over them all. I ordered a pizza with cheese and certain toppings only on half, and apparently they had tried to call to ask if that was right(???what??) but my phone was in the other room, and it was delivered with half and half toppings, and cheese on everything. When my boyfriend called their response was “oh, we looked at your recent order and that didn’t look right so we put cheese all over. We tried to call you to verify.” They took it upon themselves to alter my original order because it was different than my previous, which was definitely different than the order prior to that one.(once again..???what???) I’m not sure when my recent order determines a completely different order and my boyfriend had to wait another hour for the PIZZA WE ORIGINALLY ORDERED. I don’t know why they took it upon themselves to CHANGE my order when we didn’t pick up the phone, why not just leave it as ordered?? That’s literally your only job??? Blows my mind.

The time before that a raw SOGGY inedible pizza was sent to me, and before that we had a completely wrong delivery. And the times they do get it right, delivery takes way longer than an hour.

I would say it’s “hit or miss” but unfortunately you just have to pick a battle with this one, it will ALWAYS be something stupid. I never wanted to be one of those people to write reviews but this place...

Blah… ordered through the app the app clearly said “Kaleb left the store at 12:24” for the store is only a 7-10 minute drive from my house, I waited almost 20 munutes outside around the expected ETA. I finally called and the worker basically had no idea why the app said that or why it said they had left the store, he has my order but it hadn’t left the store yet, even though the app clearly said who and what time they left the store. I asked for an ETA and the worker informed me; he gave me the “ uhhhh…. We have a lot of orders and we’ll get to yours when we get to it l basically is what I was told. Idc if it takes 3 minutes or three days, I’m down to wait, just wish the app and the store were on the same page. I’m sure the pizza is gonna smack, just wish there was more clarity in delivery. The whole conversation with the manager left a bad taste and in turn I retracted the good tip I was looki n forward to giving. It be like that...

This business just lost me and my entire family as customers this evening. Thank you to the up front staff for being kind and understanding as to why I was upset this evening. The girl in the back was going on and on the whole time I waited about another employee whom was not present to defend their name being slandered by this girl. Not only did I have to listen to her mouth, I had to watch her disrespect my food by throwing my pizza and cinnastix onto the rack as if my food wasn't important. If I'm going to pay money for food, I'll be damned if I watch the person handling my food, to mishandle it. I said something to the woman in front and she relayed my message, to please not throw my food around to which the young snobby girl says "ain't nobody throwin' her food" calling me a liar, like I didn't just watch her throw my pizza AND cinnastix. I will just take my business to another pizza place. I doubt my review will even...
