Rude, disrespectful staff. Not doing the owner any favors with how they behave to customer who just wanted to spend some money at this location. Acted like clowns actually . It was 15 minutes prior the storeâs posted and publicized operating hours . I get half my body in the front door when out of nowhere clown # 1 is seemingly very eager and happy to communicate to me âweâre closedâ. I politely ask clown #1 , what are your operating hours â, which clown # 1 replyâs, âwe are closing earlyâ , before I could even complete my next question , which was going to be âmay I ask whyâ, clown # 2 decides that I must not be able to hear or understand English , as she, with an awful, arrogant, and mad at the world type attitude , feels the need to shout at me the same exact thing clown # 1 had already communicated.
Thus, my rating is based on poor , flat out awful customer service , and even worse management that they are not trained any better than this. Fortunately for me there are other (well run) and customer friendly Dunkinâs I can go to instead, as well as other retail establishments all together . To the owner, have some pride in your establishment and whom is representing you and the Dunkin brand. I will refrain from commenting on the closing early part of this experience.    Read moreSo, I work nearby and Dunkin Donuts has been my go to place in the mornings every... single... day. Considering it was my first ever job and I managed the Dunkin Donuts for over 6 years I know the processes and more than anything what their coffee is supposed to taste like. I used to go to the one on Independence in Matthews and even the Dunkin off Albemarle... GREAT! Always tasted fresh and they always make my coffee perfect.
This Dunkin Donuts off Moorehead.... HORRIBLE COFFEE. I mean I have had to resort to buying lattes which costs more only because the expresso beans are ground upon ordering.
Their coffee here is so bitter it tastes literally DIRTY. You can tell they probably do NOT clean the equipment or machines as often as they should be and the calibration is so OFF I ask for extra sugar and it tastes so bitter it leaves the after taste in my mouth literally SICK.. all day! I really hate complaining, especially since I am a DD Perks Reward Member and as often as I purchase it is more than often free. But I have called to speak to a manager just to let them know that those people paying for their coffee I am sure are quite disappointed. It really ruins my day when I cant even stand to sip it it's so horrible.
The manager on duty was a little rude taking the advice and concerns I had and told me to look up the corporate number myself or to call the next day and speak with a Rebecca.

   Read moreWe came here Saturday march 15th at around 12pm this is important because we didnât ask the girl working her name but she should definitely get fired since her phone was important than her job. This is easily the worst experience I had in my entire life. Not only we waited around 30 minutes for our food to come out although we were the only people at the restaurant but when I went to ask about my food she responded âwhat food?â. The other guy told me she was going to start making my food. She took around 15 more minutes just to give me my wrong order and I wasnât going to say anything until I noticed it was frozen. I went to the register and asked the other guy tu just give me a refund but he insisted on making it again since there wasnât a manager to be able to give me the refund. He made it again the Dunkinâ wrap that we ordered was still a little frozen but we just wanted to get out of there. The girl just continued to stand next to the register scrolling through her phone.
