Dunkin' — Restaurant in Charlotte

I’m so confused. This place is operating terribly. We frequent Dunkin Donuts and this has been the one location I would actually never come back to. We walked in and they told us upfront they were out of eggs. The lady at the register was very rude generally, but ok. We ordered our doughnut, but I was wanting an Everything Bagel… after rolling her eyes, she went to the kitchen side and asked if that could be done… she walked away before I had a chance to say I also wanted Hashbrowns. After confirming they could do the Bagel, and strongly being told that would be the only thing outside of a donut they could do. I paid and went to wait. While I did want cream cheese, I didn’t expect that he would put it on the bagel and then toast it. When I asked why he put the cream cheese on the bagel and then toasted it, the guy got defensive and told me that is how we are supposed to do it. I didn’t want to cause a scene. I asked for an extra cream cheese because the cream cheese he applied was fully melted. There were a few other things, but I just can tell you that these employees need to maybe reread the customer service part of their manuals and my thought is that this location should have a...

Update 7/26/25 Unfortunately that sometimes I have to use this location as it’s closer to my work, but it’s lacking food quality, and service. Your food portion is getting smaller and smaller for the price I pay especially for the hash brown , it came with six mini size pieces and I asked them to toast my bread which has came as usual not toasted due to a few people working and they need to make the orders done as soon as possible, but they don’t care about the quality of how it comes out to the customers. I asked the girl who is making the sandwich on that morning if this is how the hash brown bag usually look like, and she said rudely” count them, It’s six pieces” she was lacking patience, but Jeryn usually giving me a good Customer Service when she takes the orders at the register.

I had an awful experience here!!! My mother placed a simple order and noted that she was rude. We ordered an iced tea with Splenda and an iced Chai latte. My latte tasted like coffee and didn't taste right at all. I felt a bit bad about going back in but I can't drink coffee. I went back in and said excuse me ma'am. My chai tea doesn't taste right could I possibly have a refund please? She was furious. I didn't raise my voice or act rude in any way to this woman and she proceeded to speak to me like I was ignorant and didn't understand. She said "I put the latte mix in the milk! That's what a chai latte is!!! THERE AIN'T NO COFFEE IN IT!" I did not raide my voice back at all to her and got a bit scared. I said yes ma'am I know that but it still doesn't taste right.
