The customer service at this location is the worst. I've been ignoring most however Alexia Garcia took the disrespect and obnoxious customer service to an entirely different level. She was upset that I wanted my money returned on my card AFTER I couldn't provide 19 cents in coins. It was 96° out and I pulled over to get doughnut and a cup of ice water. I had no change in my car and told her I couldn't find any ...Alexia grabbed the water back inside the window and said "No, you don't have 19 cents you can not have this!" I asked to speak to a manager 2 times, she said "No"..She grabbed the bag and water again and told me I couldn't have it .. I said "Ok, so please can you add the money back on my card because you're rude and I'd rather spend elsewhere..I'll definitely be making a review on yelp" Alexa replied in the most nastiest attitude "It's not my fault you don't have 19cents, you're a grown A$$ woman and your reviews won't mean anything so I don't care!" The way she started yelling at me through the window making me feel threatened as if she was going to come outside to my windows to fight while her co workers stood near her smiling was unbelievable and clearly showed she was having a bad day! .after I expressed to her that I felt threatened she THREW my card on the counter and told her co worker to finish the tranaction as she stormed off from the register.. Her co worker continued on with the sarcastic, rude attitude rolling her eyes and smart snap back that she didn't pay attention to how much money she was adding back onto my card. Read moreThis is the second s time I have gone to this Dunkin and the drive through is rude and condescending and does not honor the offers rewards or points in the Dunkin app. Specifically Maria. I have points and free food and beverages in my app and I have never had an issue using them anywhere. Maria told me the first time I went they don’t accept offers from Dunkin at the store only through mobile ordering which is not true since it literally says on the offer to redeem in store show barcode. This time she told me that only sausage sandwiches are free. I have an offer that clearly states any breakfast sandwich with the purchase of a medium hot coffee. When I asked for a manager she said they don’t have one until tomorrow. So are you telling me no manager or on call manager is at this location. Are they being told not to honor any offers in the app? She then closed the door on me. She was very obnoxious. She wouldn’t even look at the offer on the app. I believe You should honor the app since and you should be friendlier to your customers. First of the employees here are biased they have there favorites I was supposed to have a break at 10pm but no I had to wait at 11pm all because the lady with the pink lipstick prefer the other employees than me. Second of all the manager Monica shouldn’t even be talking behind my back about me first of all, shes a grown women pushing 40 or whatever but thats low especially for a manager and her other manager Daniel too like thats so embarrassing especially at your grown age.
