I purchased a suit for my son and had left it for some alterations. We went back to pick up the suit and asked my son to try on the suit and he did and we put it back in the bag and left the store. A salesperson (Rob) waited until we got out of the store and was extremely nasty and accused me of stealing the suit. He never asked me for my receipt and I explained to him that we purchased the suite and I had my receipt. He kept asking about a ticket I had not idea what he was talking about. He finally called the young lady that gave my son his suit to confirm we purchased it and when he reached her he gave me the suit back and threw my receipt at me. I called the store manager when I got out of the store and he was defended because of theft from the store. Unfortunately as a customer I have no idea who is stealing from the store and why. I love the suits for men at the store however I will never purchase anything else...
Read moreI had to bring my dad and son here today to get suits for a wedding we have coming up. The employees were so nice and helpful I was unsure of the sizes for both of them and they came up to us to ensure we found what we needed. I wished I remember their exact names. One was by the dressing room area in like a red, black, white plaid and seen me struggling to find my son size and approached to help and was great assistance. Another young man was dressed so nice in light blue vest and matching pants and colorful back of vest towards the shirts area he asked me if I been helped and seemed so willing to help us but we had found what we needed. Front checkout was a little slow due to needing to give information but we will back. Thanks again to the awesome floor workers. Y’all can have me and my families money anytime !! I hope these workers are paid well… I see the problem effort...
Read moreI stopped in and needed to be measured for a shirt and was assisted by James. He provided the measurements for a shirt and walked me to my size in the department. He didn't just walk away. He then asked some questions that helped him help me even more! Furthermore he educated me on the fit/cut as well as the materials that would be best for the seasons and the different nuances of 2-3 brands. While this interaction was short, he also made it both personal and informational so it was like I was talking to a friend. On my way out I tried to recall when I had that superior level of service and to be honest I couldn't recall. I will certainly return to talk with James and will probably even call ahead to see when he is working. James, thanks so much for just being yourself and enjoying what you do. Thanks so...
