Save your time and money. I arrived at this location before going to work. I asked for a matcha with sweet cream cold foam on top with almond milk. Upon receiving my order, I noticed no sweet cream cold foam which I expressed to Samantha. She walked away mocking me before handing me back the drink with the cold foam. I politely said thank you and was getting ready to pull off when I noticed the tag on the drink said oat milk instead of almond milk. I again expressed this to her. In the most sarcastic and nasty tone, she asked if I would mind. I respond with “yes” as oat milk tends to mess with my stomach”. She shot me the nastiest look, rolled her eyes, snatched the drink, and stated “with all those people behind you and you’re going to mind?”. Ummm excuse me Miss ma’am?! I’m not the one who messed up the order, you are. Instead of coming back to the window because she knew I was going to have choice words, she sent Michael. I asked for the manager and lord behold it was Michael another one who had a nasty and disrespectful attitude. Read moreI went through the drive-thru on Sunday, October 15 at 6:01pm and ordered a medium coffee and 1 jelly donut. When I got to the drive-thru, I paid for my items and received my coffee after 2 mins. During this time, I noticed the cashier and his colleague arguing about something. I decided to ignore it and kept waiting for my donut. When I got my coffee, the cashier asked me if I received my donut yet. I said no. He asked his coworker to give him a donut. His coworker threw the jelly donut on the floor. The cashier began to laugh and said "Put it in a bag!" His colleague then got another jelly donut (in a bag) and threw it on the floor again. The cashier laughed and grabbed the bag that was thrown on the floor and tried to give it to me. I said "No, I don't want it. That is disgusting." I did not ask for a refund because I was frustrated. I decided to leave. I can only imagine they've done this before. I will never go to this location again. Giving customers food that was thrown on the floor is unacceptable. The manager's name is Michelle D. Adi. I haven't spoken to her yet about this incident. Read moreWalked in today at 1:10 to order a milkshake. Walked down to the ice cream cooler to look at flavors. While standing there a another customer walked in and approached the counter. He was immediately waited on and served. After he left the clerk walked away and never acknowledged me. Then another customer walked in and was immediately waited on while I was standing there. After he left, the clerk walked down to the ice creamer cooler and began rinsing ice cream scoops. She looked me in the eye and then walked away. I followed her and asked her if I could place an order. She said “what would you like?”. I told her I would like an explanation for two customers being waited on and served that came in after me and why she did not ask if I needed help. She said she didn’t know that I was waiting to place an order! OMG!!! What a joke. Somebody in management or the franchise owner needs to take the bull by the horns and hire people who will not ignore someone regardless of their reasons. I am so done with this establishment!
