I always like to ask the owner or managers permission before I start taking photographs of the interior of their business. But I did manage a picture of my meal. There was a "slight" language barrier; my meager Spanish would only stretch so far. However, I did leave my name and number in the hope that someone will call me back, so that I will be better able too give their establishment the proper recognition and review that I think that it deserves. This entire establishment was exceptionally clean as were the restrooms. Everything is handicap accessible. The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. My dish in the picture is a seafood soup. The proper name being; Sopa dear Mariscos estill Hondureno. In any language...it's fantastic. It's made with crabs, shrimp, mussels, fish filets, onions, pepper's and maybe something else. Mine was the Honduran version; which uses a milk base(they have 3 different varietes including mine). The flavor was absolutely outstanding. It's accompanied by a vegatable rice dish, fresh limes and warm flour tortillas. This definitely gets 5 stars. Enjoy yourself and plan to spend some time there. The portions are that plentiful. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click...
Read moreThis isn’t about the food or service; it’s about their business practices. The one star is for transparency—specifically, the lack of it. Their menu has no prices, and when I asked, the waitress simply told us to order and ‘we can settle the check later.’ In other words, they’ll charge whatever they decide, which feels shady and unprofessional. The waitress wasn’t too happy when I questioned her about it either. And before anyone says I'm just being cheap—you’re absolutely right. I’m not interested in paying for a meal without knowing the cost up front. If their prices don’t match the value I expect, I’d rather not waste my time or money, and they wouldn’t be seeing...
Read moreVery disrespectful to African Americans, they told me everything I wanted to order, they were "out of" until I got the picture. At first the waitress could speak little English , but when I let her know that I wanted to spend money here and ask " am I welcomed here, is my money good here"? She acted as if she couldn't understand me. So I said, I'm leaving and she said "goodbye" very clear English. Listen, I know my few dollars don't make or break there business but why the colorism, racism, discrimination when we all in the same boat. Smh. I will pray for this family and pray for their good health peace and prosperity. Sad. I...
