When I say that I am utterly disappointed, I mean it! I've been to this restaurant hundreds of times over a span of about 20 years and have never had a problem. Just left there and will NEVER be back. The service was sooo poor I might as well had went to the kitchen to get my own food. The server hardly spoke. And I speak Spanish, so that wasn't an issue. The food was subpar. Used to be the best place on town to eat Salvadorian food. Now, they serve your pupusas with expired tomato sauce, the sticker on the bottle was dated for 6/26/24, it is now 7/6/2024. Drunk group of guys flirting with the servers, could hardly get one to come over and refill our drinks. Paid too much for such a disaster. The food is good but please BE CAREFUL!!! I Went there last night and the lady overcharged me for my meal!!!!!!!!! A friend had warn me recently about this happening frequently, along with other racist things and events especially if you're (non Hispanic!!!! I didn't realize I was overcharged until I left the place. So please ask for the receipt at all times to avoid crummy people and situations like this! I hate to say this but to all my Caucasian, Asian and African American readers please be on the lookout and be on top when visiting restaurants like these. To the lady who overcharged me I don't know if it was intentional or not because there has been a history of this. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. The staff needs to trained to learn professionalism. The waitress with the horrific red lipstick tried to seat us at a filthy table while there were several clean tables. I asked politely could we sit over to another clean table and she steadily insisted that we eat at the filthy table. I gave up and seated my family at another table and then it was like we were being ignored to take our orders. It took almost 30 minutes for someone to take our orders and when another waitress finally came she had a attitude that stunk so bad so we decided to leave.
