Five Guys — Restaurant in Charlotte

I can't rave enough about these folks and their top-notch establishment! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warmest smiles and a respectful "Hello sir!" that immediately makes you feel welcome. Coming from the North, where there's a Five Guys at every corner, I can confidently say this location outshines them all.

The staff here—both the guys and the ladies—work incredibly hard to maintain a spotless restaurant while serving the finest fast food around. They deserve every bit of your generous tips! I genuinely look forward to every visit. No other quick-service restaurant in the area even comes close to their level of excellence. Seriously, the rest of Charlotte needs to catch up!

This place failed in every way. For a $37 price tag for 2 people, we expected more than the sub par service, cold food and filthy conditions. Waited 20 minutes for our food to be ready and none of it was hot. Our burgers were not only cold, but the bottom bun was so saturated with liquid because it sat so long that the bread had completely dissolved. I basically had to eat it with a fork and knife because there was no way to pick this thing up as it just crumbled into a soggy mess. There were several workers behind the counter prepping orders and it looked like most of their focus was on delivery app orders and not on walk in customers. $7 dollars for parking. 31 minutes in the parking deck. They would not validate parking. Even though there were signs in the parking lot stating retailers will validate parking and there were multiple signs in Five Guys, there was one sign in Five Guys that stated “We are unable to validate parking”. We were told to go to the leasing office or bank to validate parking, which both closed at 5:00 pm. Since it was 7:30 pm, we had to pay $7, yes $7, for parking.
