This location left my son and i in full disappointment the entire time. Ive never seen any Chick-fil-A under such terrible store management and staff leadership. A complete misrepresentation of the company whom continously thrives by achieving customer service excellence and quality services for what we pay. For the safety of all who work or walk into this location can see the multiple health violations from the parking lot garbage and trash overflowing to the large health and food guidelines poster proudly listed and enforced..6in left both front doors had the collection of every customer who has opened them this week and food splatter from the Chipotle thrown beside the trash. We tried to use the portable door hand sanitizer which was broken and empty. The bathroom smelled like urine and needed soap also. We ordered our food and looked for a clean empy table to sit at. 2 tables had been cleaned the others has crumbs and trash on them,seats or floor under them. It was disgusting to be clear. It wasnt busy and staff sat at the two clean tables by the bathrooms. If i wasnt so worried id eat half of the towns germs i would have liked to eat inside with my son but we rather not. I checked our orders and saw the 8pc nugget meal had very very small quarter size greasy, chewy with fat and not at all what we order at many other locations. It looked like the shack at the bottom of a empty bag they may haved used and def gave not one care i paid twice what i would have for any other 8pc nugget meal in NC for them to replace it with the exact same thing. Luckly i had ordered 2 sandwiches so he ate that. It was deyond me as to why the manager didnt know why they looked small so i did my civil duty and went to this locations customers pictures posted and also their personal pictures so he could see what he already knew was wjat i should get. No refunds ordered just more baby chew nuggets, I didn't ask for a refund because it wasn't worth the effort at that point. We didnt even touch the under cooked fries due to the cashier throwing our sause right in the bag on top the undercookd fries with I'm sure pretty dirty hand if behind the counter was as un kept as the customers who pay was. I'm so disappointed I wouldn't be surprised if they reused the food I left on the counter we both finger banged for answers. I did enjoy the milk shake that's a + but that tore my stomach all up sooo thats ive got nothing good to say other than Health & Food Safety inspection is informed of the unsanitary unsafe conditions that when under proper management are easily corrected by any of the many and plenty employees doing absolutely nothing at all. Read moreNOT Chick Fil A Standards - I never thought I would write a negative review about a Chick Fil A restaurant. Ordered 46 box lunches and a salad 2 days in advance and called before completing the order online to make sure that I could bring in a card other than the one used to reserve the order initially on the app. The young lady assured me that the order wasn't processed until I came to pick up. When I arrived, I waited at the pick up area and was then told to move to the regular line to pay. When it was my turn, I offered the chosen card, literally holding it in front of the girl - but without listening to my request to use it, she notifies me that there was a card on file and simultaneously processed it and handed me my receipt. More than the frustration it will cause me to clarify the bill and credit scenario on my company card was the lack luster concern by the young male manager that came over and took care of it. Oh btw - I wrote a comment in the comment line in the app during my purchase that I would be brining a different card for final payment. I was told that those notes were not relayed in the catering order. Again, if there had been even a bit of sincere concern for the mistake, based on the effort I put in to make sure that didn't happen, I would not write this. But the icing on the cake was the fact that I requested the order to be ready for pick up at 11:15. 25 minutes later....I was able to leave with my order. 40 plus people were waiting on their food. The staff turns out were still packaging it. Fortunately the young man carrying the order out remembered my salad.??
Between not relaying the comments and not meeting a schedule AND no concern by mgt....I say this facility's catering and possibly the management doesn't measure up to the Chick Fil A famous customer...
Read moreFirstly, I came into this chik fil a; to the side door, it was locked which is a fire hazard, filled with boxes in common walk area. We were inconvenienced, & had to walk around. Secondly I was deciding to order food from my app when I witnessed Jenifer(certified trainer) playing in her hair behind the counter, I nicely ask, "Do you usually wash your hands when you play in your hair?", she proceeded to another table in the lobby near the restrooms to speak with another employee(don't have her know but I know how she looks), as well as the other persons that were working this morning shift. I sat at the tables in the back corner near the patio, proceeded to order but then was approached by Jenifer & the other woman about moving to a different table because they wanted to use the table that myself and friend were already seated at. No signage stated these tables were off limits. They wanted to slide two tables together for work uses. Understandable but not professional to discriminate against someone. I do want to mention that I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and discrimination, especially in a chick fil a restaurant including anywhere else I may have dined in. Jenifer slightly leaned forward & stated, "I am trying to be nice", I immediately told her we will leave. None of the persons working there had a concern for customer retention and care. One of the young ladies ran to tell the entire crew & they all stood there staring at us as if we did something wrong but came to eat breakfast. I was profiled and highly discriminated against.
