I returned a smoothie because of several tiny bits of foreign objects. No one could tell me what they were. I was promised a refund. It never happened.

6/12/2024. The plot thickens. I was told in order to receive a refund that I must show them my bank statements proving the refund was not issued. Once I disclose my financial information to strangers I will be entitled to my whole entire $6.70. Unbelievable.

I’ve been to this place a few times and it’s always tasty! However, today’s experience left me in a bad mood. I checked google this morning to see when this location opened and it said 7am. I got there at 7:50am to grab a shake before work. Door was unlocked and when I walked in, the guy behind the counter said “we’re closed, we don’t open until 8”. I said “oh sorry, it said online 7am. I’ll wait”. And he replied “ya our hours are right there on the door, I’ll be with you at 8” ….I just left. To be that off-putting 10 min before open when I already said I’d wait was a bit odd. I politely asked the two young blondes working at the counter if they knew what one of the drinks was on the secret menu at the South Blvd location and they were very sweet/trying to help. I explained I was 9.5 months pregnant.. and was having a pregnancy craving & it had dates (which can help induce labor).. One of them called Emily over and she very rudely said the name of it and said they could not accomodate my request - zero politeness, zero empathy. That was that.
