The young lady who took my order was very nice as was the young lady who handed me my order and the place looks clean or else the rating would have been much lower. I was so excited when this store front first opened and came here several times to support them, but I came to feel that the food was very over priced so I stopped coming.
It’s probably been a year since I’ve been here I order my food. A Greek salad and a Gyro with small fries and and a canned drink and it came up to $30 dollars as you will see there are plenty of great veggies on the gyro but as a play on the old saying goes where’s the meat! The Gyro alone cost 11.99.. I did not order a veggie Gyro, i paid 3.99 to upgrade to a combo meal adding on the small fry and canned drink. Anyway I ordered a lamb gyro! The salad was 11.99 as well. It was at least decent or along the lines of what’s expected.
A younger guy made my salad and The guys who made my gyro seem to be a full adult male.
If I remember correctly I think this is a family business so I hate to leave a bad review BUT I also hate throwing away money. I would say if you all give a little more value instead of trying to be so cheap you will probably make the money back. I know times are tough BUT they are tough for everyone so folks will go where their...
Read morethis.... this restaurant may possible be the secret to world peace. the true answer to all of our problems. firstly, the hummus. i could probably eat it alone, with my hands, but i retained some dignity and ate it with perfectly crispy fries. i couldnt tell you what seasonings are on top but theyre wonderful. however, the real star of the show was the shawarma... i got the chicken shawarma wrap with the (rightfully) famous house made white sauce, my wife got the chicken and lamb shawarma wrap. the moment i unwrapped it, i knew this would be a life changing culinary experience. ive never tasted something so perfectly spiced, with the perfect ratio of sauce to filling. my wife and i kept taking bites of each others because we couldnt decide which one we liked more. not only that, we paid about $35 for all of it (including two cokes and two teas) and we could only finish about half because they gave us SO much food. this was our first time trying middle eastern/mediterranean cooking, and it was genuinely life changing. i cannot write a glowing enough review for this place so i hope this suffices, and i hope this convinces someone else to...

I got a big haul to try a bunch of stuff: Falafel Platter, Döner Sandwich, Chicken Shawarma wrap, and an order of fries. The Falafel Platter was delicious with freshly made falafel and 100x better than the carts in Uptown. The Fries were crinkle cut which are a guilty pleasure of mine so love to see it. While I was excited to see Döner on the menu, I was rather disappointed. First they are very stingy on the bread (half a piece to make a whole sandwich) while overloading the sandwich to the point where it becomes a greasy mess. Also the meat didn't remind me of döner I've had in the US and abroad and honestly was pretty similar to the shawarma. I thought the shawarma wrap was decent but not the best I've had. That said, the toppings like the red cabbage, pickled onions, and the sauces on all were very tasty. Of course the white sauce was great on everything, just wish they were a little more generous, $1 for a small cup is pretty steep.
Overall would try again and just stick with...
