HC Burger Company — Restaurant in Charlotte

I had some biz to to take care of in the area and decided to stop here bc I was craving a burger. Well yeah.. no. I meant to take a picture but i was hurger and just dived ij but the were watching me. Felt uncomfortable. I got the regular burger with cheese, chili and mushrooms and order of fries.

Location Pros: Atmosphere of the Food Hall Is dope. Lots of other restaurants around and a bar out door seating.

HC Burger Pros: Size of the burger (very thick but not a wide as the bread used cook the way i ordered it) ; and the quantity and size of the fries.

HD Burger BIG Cons:

Honesty.... That was a waste of 17.00. I like the size of the burger & fries the were a nice size & hot so that makes up for a micro fraction of the price. The Mushroom were ok.

However Both the burger and fries are lack any type of flavor: no seasoning at all, just plain non-consistent or fully ground beef and grisle parts. I got rhe regular burger.. the chili taste like straight from the canned. I know where not to go the next...

Just wanted a burger, which I thought was going to be quick and easy to get, but that wasn't the case here. Wasn't even particularly busy at the time of me ordering. Waited over 30 minutes for one burger. Rather than being honest with me, staff assured me it was being completed, but I literally saw the line cook put the patty down on the grill at the time of me inquiring. Just say you forgot sheesh! Also seeing two other orders that were placed after mine and being completed first also just was not a good look. Not a great first experience. Burger was a soggy mess by the way. All I tasted was kimchi. . . Absolutely a waste of money. This place needs drastic improvements. Otherwise, I can see this spot being easily replaced with another one that actually knows how to...

Absolutely a waste of money!!! Who in their right mind soaks “hamburger” meat in teriyaki sauce (or some soy based sauce) but then offers the typical burger condiments like ketchup and mayo to go on it? This was beyond a disaster. I will NEVER eat here again. I have been wanting to try one of the restaurants in this location for a while and happened to be in the area. Seoul Food didn’t have my beef ribs available yet so we opted for HC Butger Company. I should have honestly left and just went somewhere else.

I’m just mad I spend $30+ on a wagyu “burger” and fries. I would have rather spend more money somewhere nicer or just opted for five guys which would have been several levels up from this place!

Buyer beware…. Don’t go!!! This honestly disgusted...
