It’s Sunday, I get it. None of us want to be at work right now, but we are. Is it really that difficult to acknowledge your customers when they enter the store? Or acknowledge them at all for that matter? The 2 young men behind the counter had absolutely no customer service or hospitality. Might have learned this from who I can presume is the manager on duty glued to the laptop. She did look over her shoulder once, but again no acknowledgment. I’m not saying I need special attention, but could y’all at least not make it seem like coming in here is a crime? Even the actual food wasn’t all that great today. Soggy tomatoes and aged lettuce. To the owner of this location, I would suggest revisiting your Sunday crew. I come here often since it’s right next to the gym, but next time I’ll be going to the poke place instead.
Update. It’s been a while since I’ve been here, and not much has changed. Placed an order online and gave it an extra 5ish minutes before coming to pick it up. Let’s be clear, 5 minutes may not seem like a long time but in a restaurant, it’s huge. Not even a full 5 seconds after walking in does the man with the little mustache yell out to the 3 other people in the building “if you have an online order you’re going to have to wait!” Like dude come on I haven’t even said anything. Not sure why he felt the need to have such an aggressive attitude towards his co worker as well. If someone at this location can tell me why their employees are so stressed out and so unwilling to give a shred of decency that would be great. I do not recommend this location, I can not stress that enough. This location fails on all sides of customer service and has been for months. I mean come on, it’s...
Read moreWhen I got inside no one greeted me or said anything. There was a woman and another person in the back, and an employee taking a break or off sitting at a table. I stood patiently about 5 minutes and the employee at the table said “you haven’t been helped yet? Let me get you” then the woman from the back yelled “I got it! I’m just doing bread”. So the other employee sat back down. The woman and other person were just casually chatting doing their side work while I awkwardly stood there. After 5 more minutes I grabbed the general managers card and left. When the employee at the table saw me get the card she nodded and said have a good day. So I called Ed the manager early in the morning on a Sunday to let him know. He answered right away, apologized and said my next sub is on him. That’s why it’s 2...
