Just left this store 10 min ago picking up DoorDash.
The employee with the tan cap on got the order for me but instead of just setting it on the counter or handing it to me, he chose to toss it down towards my way. Should not be done and especially if you claim to have good customer service.
And… I suspect he did this because of some personal reason that has to do with me. Whatever it may be… here’s why. If you’re doing business at the workplace for a company and are to represent them accordingly , the goal is to operate with a goal of customer satisfaction. That’s why they hired you. Anything outside of that is personal and is not operating for customer satisfaction.
I do suspect he may have done it too because I initially told him who it was for. I had to clear my throat to say it again more clearly and I’m sure he probably took that wrong. Because it’s now a thing even that people do the “clearing the throat” noise or sniffing, just randomly, in particular situations. So he possibly thought that’s what I was doing - but I really did it to repeat it a second time more clearly.
Regardless the reason though, there is no excuse for tossing an order down on the counter and toward a customer for any reason. Let’s see if you do that to a woman, or even a Caucasian person or just another person in general. Probably not so I really don’t expect that again at all. And that’s how you instigate and try to start something. Should be acting adult like.

I work in a busy pediatric office and was unable to leave and pick up lunch. There were several miscommunications with the door dash delivery driver which I thought were resolved. Unfortunately, I did not receive my food during my lunch break. Door dash customer service suggested to reach back out to Jersey Mikes for help. Without hesitation, Chad offered to remake my order fresh and deliver it himself. Chad’s effort, kindness, and generosity is greatly appreciated. Order one sandwich on the website after realizing it was pick up called to cancel the order with in 1 minute of placing order only to be told be a rep that he couldn't return my money until the manager came after talking to the person asking to get it back asap a shift lead came and canceled the order so I asked to speak to the person that was canceling the order only to be told that it will come right back then to have the shift lead state that if it's not back the manager will do it tomorrow.
