Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Charlotte

I have worked next door to this location since it opened. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were new and learning the ropes...or so I thought. Nearly every time I've place an online order, they have either forgotten our order, had trouble finding us (again...next door), or not brought the additional items requested. Today, I finally snapped. I called to tell them they forgot the additional items I asked for (what savage can eat a sandwich without condiments). I called before the delivery guy was probably even out of our parking lot. Fifteen minutes passed and still no mayo. I call back and no one is even aware that I've already called. I hear people complaining about this location in the breakroom for our office building, I have co-workers that have stopped ordering from them because of this. Corporate office needs to have a discussion with the franchise owner about the tarnished reputation this location is bringing upon...

I usually come here every once in a while. Lately I have been coming once a week. When I walk in I’m wearing regular business work clothes and the old guy there always enters my order wrong. Most of the time, there is only 1 person in the line in front of me, but for some reason it takes at least 5 minutes to get my order placed. Everybody gets quite and nobody looks me in the eye. It’s like they are nervous to attend to me. I wouldn’t be bothered as much if I wasn’t on my way to work on most of these trips there. Jimmy John’s has always been known for speedy service, so I always give them a chance. No other Jimmy John’s I have ever been to has given me a service issue. Other than that, the sandwich is good, but service...

Update: 9/14/19 Today the employees seemed more customer oriented and communicated better than before. I branched out and got a Cubano unwich. My lettuce was green and my pickles pickled. Orders came out fast. Better experience this time.

Review #1: There wasn't anything special about this Jimmy John's. I got my standard #12 Beach Club unwich and a bag of bbq chips. The sandwich maker used more of the white parts of the head of lettuce than I'm used to but overall it was delicious. The two ppl working didn't make any small talk or try to get to know me as a customer. They really didn't seem to be talking to each...
